I had to run an errand in Sugar Land, so I found Majestkids Playland as a way to bribe the kiddo to behave while I did my adult task. It worked like a charm. There are basically 4 different areas here: 1) A playground that's good for toddlers, but still fun for kids my son's age (5). 2) A small area with tubes and slides. 3) A jumping pit. 4) And then other side of the venue, there's a ninja obstacle course that is better for kids a little bigger than my son. We spent about two hours here and he would have been happy to be here even longer. Normally he taps out around 60-90 minutes, so he really enjoyed himself. We don't live anywhere near here, but next time we're in Sugar Land, I'd be happy to bring him back here again.

You technically get two hours of playtime, but in reality, one of those hours is used for eating, cutting the cake, and singing--leaving only about an hour of actual play. The room itself was also hot and humid, which made it uncomfortable for both the kids and adults. I had to ask about the a/c and they told me i could open the other party room next door to let some air in. The party host also seemed unprepared and a bit clueless. At one point, she was awkwardly stacking pizzas in one hand and passing them out in a way that left guests staring. She even forgot about the piñata until I reminded her, and instead of letting the kids enjoy breaking it open, she started ripping the box apart herself. It completely took away from the experience. To make matters worse, the food came out burnt, and we were missing items we had ordered. For the amount paid, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. Unfortunately, I would not book another party here. It definitely was not worth it for me.

I've been here once and I WILL be back…read more First of all, I have a toddler who NEVER stops moving. So this was absolutely the best place to take him before nap time. We met up with my mom, sister, and niece so the kids could play. This was fun for both my two year-old and my six year-old niece. I definitely think that it's geared towards the younger ones... which they make perfectly clear. We reserved a spot from 11-1 which was a good time. It was busy and there weren't very many places to sit. People had tables reserved with their stuff which was a little frustrating since they weren't sitting there. The whole time we were there we saw at least two or three tables that had items on them, but no people. I think it would be nice if they had cubbies or containers... some sort of spot where people can leave their stuff and go hang out with their kids without blocking tables for those who plan on actually sitting at them. It's a great place to be able to have some coffee either by yourself or with a friend while your child(ren) play. They do have some small bites you can order as well as snacks for kids. They specify that you are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks. Of course water is the exception here as basically everyone had their giant tumblers as well as smaller ones for the kiddos. You're also allowed to bring things like baby food and whatever toddler snacks you keep in your bag at any given time. While they say no outside for or drinks are allowed, we DID see two moms who each had a toddler and a baby that brought in Chick-fil-A. They both had strollers since they had little bitty babies. So they could've snuck the food in, I don't know. They were already there when I arrived. So they either don't care that much or the two employees I saw were too busy to notice or care. I don't know how many people were working that day, but I into saw two. One was working like crazy trying to get all the drinks and food made for everyone while the other was in the play area trying to keep an eye on everything there. They were both working hard. The lady at the counter was VERY nice and extremely helpful. Especially when I was having a hard time getting the waiver signed online. She was very patient and made our first trip here very pleasant. They do offer party packages for events like birthdays as well as private rooms where you can work for a couple hours while your child plays... for an extra fee, of course. With how busy it is, I think things are still running pretty well. I think most of the complaints on here are targeted incorrectly at the business. Parents should still be parenting in this space, but I see a lot of parents letting kids roam free and doing unsafe things. It's not the staff's job to parent! The only thing I think could be added are seats for little kiddos in the bathroom, as I've been to another play space with it hanging in the stalls.

(Maybe you already but I would suggest really looking into making it more obvious with certain nooks and crannies that a professional cleaning company would get.
