The selection is huge, balloon prices are on par with the dollar store, and the service is genuinely great--helpful, friendly, and attentive. So, this afternoon I took it back fully expecting to get good service, and the person helping me would gladly open another package to ensure I got one that worked. I went to the counter and explained the situation and was told in no uncertain terms that there is a no return policy if the item has been opened. I asked, how would I know if it didn't work unless I opened it? No hesitation. If it's opened, we won't take it back. That is the last time I will ever visit a Party America.
