From the time I requested a quote to the day of the wedding, Hollywood Star Photo Booth was very professional and personable and they never missed a beat. I never had to guess if they still remembered that they booked the wedding as they kept in contact with me for almost a year. The customer service was outstanding from the get-go! I had so many guests from the wedding compliment me in my choice of the photo booth and tell me it was the best they had ever experienced. They worked at rapid pace so that everyone had a chance to get it for a photo, two, or even three. AND the fact that they were very organized. I loved the positive attitude the worker gave off - he was fun. All the props that were available were very cool. My daughter and her husband were provided a photo album after the wedding and they will be able to cherish it forever. The photo album is fun, amazing and creative. My daughter loved the front of the book as well for what Hollywood placed as the quote. He kept it very personable and we were blessed to have such a wonderful company be apart of our special day. I contacted them in November 2015, asking the prices and telling them it was a first birthday. The business owner said the photo booth rental was more for an adults, so I took her advice and did not book. Fast forward to February 2016. I'm preparing for my sons high school graduation. I once again contacted this business asking if I could book for May. It took her 2 days to answer me back. She then asked where it will be held and what type of event. I told her that I was still waiting to secure the place, but it will be held in Bellevue and it was a graduation. This business responded with: thanks for your interest, but I'm gonna pass. Seriously? When I told her great way to run a business she then proceeds to tell me I contacted her back in November and I didn't respond back. She then says as business owner I expect my customers to have their ducks in a row before they contact me... As I did not yet even have a secured venue. This folks, is how NOT to run a business.
