When you reach out to them you get AI & this is their response. "I apologize for the inconvenience regarding your package. The current status indicates that it is scheduled for redelivery, but I do not have specific information on the exact date of the next delivery attempt. Since you mentioned that your address is correct, I will need to delegate this issue to the appropriate assistant to handle it further. Please hold on for a moment." No one ever came on line...
