I have always been a very big family guy. Anyone that knows me will tell you I would do anything for my family and that is what gave me the drive to start a business that I could incorporate my whole family. Now my drive has grown along with my personal family size and my extended family via all the wonderful family I have meet as the owner of Bounce Party Rentals for the last 10 plus years. I look forward to meeting you and bring joy to your family at your next birthday party or special event.

I had to return 2 days in a row because the balloons I bought did not hold the helium. When I went back the second day to get the balloons replaced, I ended up spending way too much time waiting for the employees trying to figure out how to use the helium tank. Danny, who said he was the assistant manager, was too busy on his phone to assist Irene the employee who was clearly inexperienced on using the helium tank. They went through 4 balloons of the same design to try and figure out how to fill the double balloons. The only reason that I allowed them to continue to try is that when I purchased the balloons I did not realize all of the registers are self-checkout and the receipts come out under the countertop. Danny did not want to hear any suggestions that I suggested. after what felt like an hour I took my $5.00 loss on the balloon and left. No apologies or how can we make this right? I'm not mad at the staff but I do hold the company accountable for not training these individuals on simple tasks. It's not a party store, it's a lot of everyday supplies with a party store name.

Bounce Party Rentals is the best party rental service. We have used there inflatables for birthday partys, our 4th of july events and some other family Partys. Last 4th of July we used there warship water slide, perfect for the forth theam. The kids had a blast on it all day and then use adults had even more fun then them in the evening. We have also had there obstacle courses and Bounce houses. Great rental experience from start to finish. There website is so easy to use. There put all the information on there and they don't hide anything. They tell the price, size and a ton of pictures. The delivery drivers alway call the day before to setup a drop of time and are very friendly. They have always show up on time. Now they know we're to setup however the first time they took there time to work with me on the best spot to setup. Every unit I ever rented from them have been in very good condition unlike some other companies I have seen. Also there units are big. We rented a Disney cars 5in1 Bounce house once and it was so cool with movie images all over it. Pick up always go smoothly. The guys are in and out in and make sure to leave the area as clean as possible. I can not say enough about how professional, friendly and on top of there job this guy's are. read more

We rented the Pirate 5-in-1 Combo for Saturday, 1/13/18 when we had a Family Reunion / Fantasy Football Barbeque. I took advantage of a second item discount and in addition rented the basketball blowup side game. It was a perfect combination. Around 20 kids showed up with their parents throughout the day. It was a fantastic experience renting from Bounce Party Rental. I knew the pricing at the time of rental, was charged what I expected to pay and delivery and pick-up was on time. Everyone I dealt with was great and Shawn the delivery / set up take down person was great to work with, he left an emergency number in case we needed anything during the day. I would highly recommend Bounce Party Rental. They have a large selection of rental items on their website. read more

My family and I have used Bounce Party Rentals to celebrate special occasions & birthday parties in the past. They provide clean, safe, fun inflatables & at a very reasonable price! They have a wide variety of products and services to offer as well. I know from experience how awesome a water slide or bounce house can be at a party!! They truly make the event & you don't even have to do a thing...since they come to set up & take it down. We've been getting bounce houses from Bounce Party Rentals for years and it seems like the bouncys keep getting bigger and better. Last weekend was our sons 14th birthday and we got a gigantic battle ship water slide bouncy, it was such a hit, even the adults couldn't resist it!!! Bounce part rentals is overall the best compamy like this in the area. They people are very respectful and reliable. Such nice people! Clean houses. Have rented from them several times. And always satisfied! This Memorial Day Weekend we decided on a last minute cookout. Wanted a bounce house for the kids.
