Wow, I had such a great experience from start to finish, and really wanted to let everyone know how great these guys are. To start with, I didn't really know what to book or anything, and calling around, I guess my ignorance showed, cause I talked to quite a few people who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, when all I wanted was a nice ride for a group of us (there were just 6 ppl) to go to St Augustine. Finally, I called Daytona Limo and the girl I talked to on the phone was super sweet and couldn't have been more helpful, I mean she really took her time to explain me the different options, and also asked questions about what we were doing, where we'd be going, and really took an interest in me as a client, which I thought was really nice. You could really tell she cared about making sure we got the best possible ride for us, not just what would make them more money, and I just think that's real rare in this day and age. After I booked I got a conf email, and the price I was quoted was the rate I was charged, so no weird upcharges or anything. So, fast forward to the morning of the trip, our driver texts us to introduce himself, and lets us know that the car will have ice and water, and asks if we'd like any sodas or anything. Super sweet, so we asked him to bring a couple of Cokes and Sprites, which he does, and when he pulls up on our driveway he texts me again to let me know that he's there whenever we're ready to go (we had booked the car for the night, since we'd be going to quite a few places for dinner, drinks, and then the amphi for a concert). I just thought it was real nice, he let us know he was there but yet wasn't too pushy, so we didn't feel rushed or anything. The car we got was amazing!! It was this really nice white limo (I don't know much about cars, but one of my friends said it was a Charger, in case anyone's wondering), it had all the "bells and whistles" with lights, music, a bar and glasses (and the sodas we'd asked for). We'd also brought some champagne - hey, you kinda gotta in a limo right ;) - and there were real champagne glasses in there which I thought was a real nice and classy touch. The driver was excellent, and even managed to bring us on all those teeny tiny St Augustine streets without difficulites (maybe he trained in Europe lol :) ). He took great care of us all nite, and we had such a blast, and could all get our drink on since we had a driver for the night. When we got back, a couple of peeps in our party might have had one too many cocktails, and our driver helped them too the door making sure they didn't trip and fall or anything. Such a sweet man, you've gota real treasure there with this fella, let me tell ya. The entier nite was a success everyone loved it and I hope to book a limo with these guys again soon! read more

I have used Daytona limo for 4 different travels now and all 4 times I experienced top notch service. Recently I had to get to Orlando from Daytona, which is not know to be a relaxing drive to the locals, however, my Chauffeur made sure it was a calm smooth drive! On the way to Orlando, Alfredo was my chauffeur and he ensured that safe relaxing drive out to Orlando. he went above and beyond. I had water and snacks for the ride out. Very clean and comfortable sedan. Nice calm relaxing soft music. Best drive I have ever experienced to Orlando on I4. He made sure my luggage was unloaded and at the right airplane hanger without me having to chase that down or even ask. Very thoughtful and Stellar service! I have experience stellar service each time I have used Daytoma Limo. I prefer them over a taxi any day. Every chauffer I have had has been pleasant and kind, and above all, drove safely. Always arrived a little bit early for pickup so you know they will show up. Patient if my train or plane was a little late. My other chauffeurs were Jimmy and Brian. Both of those trips were Orlando and Deland. A good distance from Daytona. I will continue to use Daytona limo for all my transportation needs. They truly go above and beyond. We booked a party bus with these guys the other week, and spent an amazing Saturday night clubbing down in Orlando. We all live in Ormond and didn't want to have to worry about drinking and driving, and at first we wanted to go with a limo, but since it was kind of a last minute thing the only thing available for a group our size (there were 15 of us) was a party bus, so to be honest we were a bit hesitant at first, but it really ended up being the best night every. If you're thinking about the party bus but feeling uncertain like I did, don't worry, there's nothing tacky like a stripper pole or anything like that going on in there, it's basically just like a really big limo with couches on both sides. Also there's standing height, which is great for dancing (just maybe not when you're going down the road, so be careful with that..leave the dancing for when the bus is stopped). The driver was great too and so patient dealing with our less than sober crowd and our somewhat questionable music choices at full blast lol. He also helped us find someplace to eat on the way home which was desperately needed. Would recommend and for sure use again. read more

Communication with Daytona Limo service was top notch! We planned a wedding in less than 2 weeks and Daytona Limo was prompt in responding to my quote inquiry. I reserved a black stretch limo because I did not care for the white option with the checkered interior. While it's required they provide the requested vehicle type, the requested model and color is a toss up depending on demand. I had no issues! Our driver was Alfredo and he was on time, easy going/calm, and very helpful. He texted me 2.5 hours before the service started to introduce himself and asked me what time he should place the "Just Married" sign I had added to my contract. Alfredo knew the area very well and never had a problem finding parking or pulling up to all the locations we requested. We had several stops in Ormond Beach throughout the night and Palm Coast. My mom and I booked a car service with Daytona Limo for our trip down to our condo in New Smyrna recently. The reservation process was nice and easy, and we didn't need to pay up front (they just took our card and charged it the day before). Once we landed, the driver met us at the baggage claim and helped us out to the car. My mom is elderly and has trouble walking, but he was very sweet with her and helped her get in. The way back, we got an email the day before letting us know we would have the same great driver for our return. My mom was very happy, and again he really took great care of her and made sure she got in the car comfortably, and walked us inside the airport terminal. Great limo service! We were visiting during spring break and had a cruise booked from Port Canaveral. Checking around, these folks offered a great deal on a limo to the port, and since we'd never been in one, decided to splurge and treat ourselves to a premium experience. The car was spectacular, and all decked out with refreshments and glasses, and our chauffeur had even rolled out a red carpet for us in front of it. He took great care and really treated us like royalty the whole time. Before leaving, we asked him to set us up for a return trip after our cruise. The return was just as nice and with the same great driver again, and we even got a roundtrip discount for it. Can highly recommend this service, and would love to use them again. read more

We hired Daytona Limo to bring our team to dinner at a local restaurant. Working with them was very easy. They responded quickly to inquiry and sent me all of the options and discussed what was available and what they recommended for our size group. Our driver, Rolando, was great. He was very professional but yet very approachable. He texted me when he arrived at the hotel and let us know he was outside. We were able to adjust the timing on the fly when our dinner ended earlier and he was very good at communicating to me when he was on his way and was outside ready for us. Today was my first time using Daytona Limo, and it's the only service I'll use in Daytona from now on. I booked online which was quick and easy, got a confirmation with a receipt (I pre-paid the ride) in my email and yesterday I got an email with the driver's name and number. When I landed (25 min early) I had a text from my driver Charlie letting me know he'd been tracking the flight and was waiting for me in baggage claim. He had a name sign so I spotted him right away, and the car was parked right outside the terminal.
