I have taken my toddler to many indoor playgrounds and this one is by far the worst. Very dirty, and lots of things broken in the jungle gym area. I honestly would never go back. There are many signs asking parents not to go into the jungle gym or bounce houses. Every other place I've gone to encourages parents to go with your kids for their safety, asked if i could go in with my son and the employee said I could if he needed help. He did. I'm assuming they don't want parents in either because they don't want you to see how disgusting it is or because it can't withhold adults. Both problems. There were many holes in the netting, some "fixed" with zipties and some not. Many things ripped, broken off, ect... absolutely not safe for kids. I don't think there is any way they would pass an inspection. The toddler area is also pathetic. An amazing place for a birthday party. We've been to a lot of birthday parties. I have two sons, ages five and three, both in school, so throughout the year we get invited to tons of birthday parties. This has got to be one of my favorite locations to date for this age. It was honestly perfect for a three year old. Yes, some of the areas are patched up with duct tape, so it's not state of the art, but both my three year old and I didn't care at all. I felt like it was clean and he had a blast. For birthday parties you get 80 minutes of play and then 60 minutes in a private party room (I know this because I loved this place so much I grabbed a flier that gave birthday information.) The 80 minutes flew by. That really is saying something, because at many birthdays with a three year old sometimes it lags, but here we all looked at our watches and said omg it's been an hour. That's because this is the perfect location for the (I would guess) eight and under set. My three year old was climbing up all the bouncey slides with his friends and they were flying down them. It was adorable to watch and I didn't have to be hands on at all. I could stand and chat with other parents while they climbed up the slides again and again and again. Then we moved over to the section that is more like a play place. Again they were completely fine climbing by themselves. Only twice did a parent have to go up to help their child (and tbh I don't think those parents had to, but they were just more worried than I was.) The room was a good size for the 10 kids or so this party had plus around 15 adults. It definitely looked like it could fit the 24 children that the largest party size holds. More of an FYI than anything negative, but it was a little warm the day we came. It was cool outside so I was dressed in a long sleeve shirt and shorts. It wasn't uncomfortable, but had I known I would have worn short sleeves. I asked about pricing and heard it is $16 for a full day pass. That seems reasonable to me. I could see myself bringing both kids in the future and letting them run their energy out. On a Sunday at 10 a.m. it was just our little party to start off with and by 11:20 a.m. it still wasn't that crowded. It might have been because it was a lovely day, but I appreciated that it wasn't crawling with kids. They also have an arcade section that you have to pay for. The arcade accepts credit/debit cards too. I told my son no, but it's an option. I will definitely be back. read more

So... this place is amazing! A true treasure for parents in the midst of Carrollwood. This place is not 'shiny' and new, it's a little worn and the floor has some stains... BUT there are tons of stuff for kids of all ages to do! There is plenty of adult seating, and it's hardly crowded. For $15/child and free WiFi I can catch up on Netflix, read a book! It needs a few upgrades, I would have given it 3.5 stars because it needs some work, like the water fountains don't work. The staff is courteous--greet you when you come in, their computer system for entry is state-of-the-art, the bounce houses are clean and well maintained. I didn't like my experience at bounce house. I paid online and paid taxes. When the party ended I had a credit of $60... $40 for mandatory service. And more taxes. When I called to ask about birthday information, they told me that after the party, kids could comeback to jump to the bounce place. They took my kids out to the bounce place 1 hour and a half to the room party. The kids ended the pizza and the cake in 20 minutes, and the kids could not be able to comeback to jump. After talking about it, manager let the kids comeback to jump. Stuff was following the kids to be sure they were not doing anything wrong. Great place to take the kids, clean facility, no to expensive great family friendly atmosphere

Horrible experience we went there first time yesterday and the place looks fun online but looks are deceiving. The kids started to jump and go to each section of the place with jump houses and indoor play place and slides. And 10 minutes later Our Son is crying because he hit his head on the chains that are hanging from the bridge that is not supposed to be there. Then 10 or 15 minutes later our daughter was crying and ran up to us saying that she hit her knee in the tunnel slide area because there are bolts sticking up. The games are 6 mounts to 20 points and it cost $20 for 80 points plus a 20 point bonus. Each games ever the cheap animal claw machines are 6-7 points near $2 each game to play! We told them about the issues and by time we left our kids got hurt 7 times. There are very high bounce houses and they do not permit us as parents to help our kids or get on the structures to assist little ones to make sure they are safe. with zero supervision from the staff a lot of children were getting hurt. We told the manager after our son was limping because on the slides it was oily or slippery at the top and caught his footing causing him to twist his ankle. Manager went with us to check on the items and instead of taking care of it he offered my to write a letter to the owner and said please give us a five star rating and we will give you snacks and drinks! That is not good enough. I said and I was expecting more of an apology and then telling the people we have to shut this down before someone else gets hurt. I don't like businesses that give you something for a "5 star" review. It's like Amazon where you really have to sort through reviews for truly legit ones. I am visiting family here in Tampa and we took the 5 year old grandchild here. There's plenty to keep the kids busy, but you really gotta keep an eye on your kid as some of the other kids can get a little rowdy. It's a very "over-stimulating" environment, so I see why that can happen. There's too many machines to win "prizes" that are pretty unattainable that are 6 or 7 "credits. I never saw anyone touch any on the 90 minutes we were there. There were no single stall/family restrooms and I observed a single dad asking a lady to take his daughter into the ladies room. Only an air hand dryer, no paper towels. My grandchild put their hands over their ears as it's a sensory issue. There's a row of massage chairs parents can pay to use that had a couple of adults and kids sitting in, but not being used, probably because more comfortable than the plastic picnic tables. If you have a child needing to burn off energy and it's too hot or rainy out, it's a good alternative. They don't allow outside food or beverages, but good cold selection available. The ballpit needs more balls, seems to be a common concern in reviews here. So in response to the owner, offer a discount for "checking in" , not giving a 5 star review. I would still stick with 3 stars based on restroom issues for single parents. read more

Took my 3yr old here to play. Let me start with the positive. The owners (or I assume they were the owners) were very nice. The bounce house section was awesome! Most of the bigger ones were just big slides and less bounce but my 3yr old loves it. They also had a bounce house for smaller children which was nice. Overall though the place did not feel clean. Especially the jungle gym area. I was the first person there so you would assume the floor would be clean. This was not the case and it makes me wonder if they ever clean any of the equipment. The jungle gym area is falling apart. I saw a loose screw on one of the tunnels, another screw on the floor, and the netting is coming apart in various places (see my pics). It was also $9 for 2hrs. Which is not too bad of a price. They have an arcade section as well but I did not venture over there with my 3yr old. I would return if the place was cleaned up more. read more

We had such a great birthday experience here- they had a table and check in station ready to go for us upon arrival. They assisted in helping me bring everything in and set up the party room. The kids had a blast and closed out the day w the arcade, pizza and drinks. They even held the gifts up front for me until the end as I didn't want to open at the party room. It's more expensive for similar places, they make you play at the front for the whole day and if your kid is not wearing socks they sale you one for $2 dollars.
