I rented both a bounce house and tent, which were both delivered timely. The set up experience was seamless and the team partnered with me to make the most out of the set up. There were a few hiccups throughout the way, but the owner quickly and immediately resolved them all! There is no doubt I will use them again for future events and recommend them to everyone!

To make matters worse, the driver showed up 2.5 hours late for pickup, smelled like weed, and left us stranded at a city park with four children waiting for hours after the party ended. During that time, no one would answer the phone. Because they arrived so late, I wasn't even able to leave right away to take my child to urgent care, and by the time we finally left, the walk-in clinic was already closed. I should have trusted my instincts and canceled when I first called with a simple question about generators. I asked whether I needed to rent one or two generators, since the website gave no guidance, and the woman on the phone rudely snapped, "Well, what does the website say?" The problem is the website does not mention how many generators a customer may need, which forced me to book the generator separately from the bounce house. On the day of the party, I called again just to confirm they would arrive on time, and I was told they only had me booked for a generator. After I asked them to check with the manager, they came back and said, "Never mind, we have you booked for the bounce house too." That level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. This company is unprofessional, unsafe, and poorly managed. I was even charged the park fee twice. Once for the generator and once for the bounce house. I would absolutely recommend using another company.

I reached out to this business for an elementary school PTA public event. I asked for a copy of…read moretheir insurance policy, the serial number of the bounce set & the inspection sticker for the bounce house I was looking to book (inspected in March 2025). Our event was in November. I told them in that email I needed that information to apply for a permit. In VA you have to get a permit for an event that is open to the public or on any school grounds. I told them I wanted to apply for the permit before reserving due to the fact they would hold your money for a YEAR if you book & cancel. I was using PTA funds for the event. I then got approved for the permit & reserved everything about 5 days prior to the event. In the reservation they state you have to have electricity run to the house - so we did coming from the school. The business informed me that if I wanted extra attendants there would be an extra charge of $200. We were willing to pay that. When I made the reservation I made it known we wanted this. Day of the event - two guys come & set up & say they were not told to stay. They said they would see if someone could stay - never heard back. When they set up they told us because the house we got had 3 blowers we needed 3 separate outlets for each blower. We figure it out. They leave. Then the inspector arrives. Not only was it dirty & not sanitized, but it had multiple big child size holes in it. Then on top of that the blowers were starting to over heat - mind you this was less than an hour after drop off. The inspector said it was a fire hazard & would eventually catch on fire. On top of ALLLL of that by law if it is a public event they have to legally have a certified attendant stay at all times! The inspector said the business knows that because this is not his first time with this business. So the inspector went the extra mile & we called the business to see if we could get another house over asap. The receptionist said they didn't have to have an attendant & they were unaware it was for a public event - WHICH SHOULDN'T MATTER - because the blowers were going to catch on fire & it had holes & was dirty. The inspector told her he should not lie to customers on the phone because they have to in Virginia. The owner refused to call us back. So we had a bounce house we had to unplug & it sat there through the whole event & children were upset & disappointed. Then if that wasn't awful enough - we asked for a refund due to their negligence. The owner refused to answer my calls or emails - which previously I got a response within a day. So our lawyers got involved & sent them a demand for payment letter. To which they have never responded to. If I could get them a -1 review for every child that was upset over this - they would never be in business again. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Be careful if you get anything for your kids from them. They didn't have a minimum which was great. I called and spoke with the owner Ms Kelly and she was very nice and answered all my questions. The chairs and tables were reasonably priced and they were clean. We got 1 9ft table and 12 chairs for $40. They also have bounce houses and other concessions available for rent. The transaction was smooth. I told her what i needed, she quoted me, and emailed me an invoice. We signed the contract and paid online also. She had a weekend special where you pay a day's rental plus 50% and get to keep it 3 days, so we booked the Mickey Mouse double slide for 3 weekdays. They are so very easy to work with! We put down a deposit, but were told we could cancel as late as 5pm the night before in case of inclement weather. The night before, Cindy notified us of the delivery time window, and the next morning, Hannah and Chloe arrived, and anchored the slide, having it set up in 20 minutes, safely, with an inservice of the system. IT WAS SO CLEAN. IT WAS SHINY WHITE, RED AND YELLOW. We were very pleased, and the kids ran up and down it for 3 days, at least 100 times a day. Keeping it over a day was great because they had it into the evenings, and they removed it carefully with no damage to our property. I highly recommend this company for your children's fun!!

They refused to help cover any of the cost of their negligence (the outflow tract was about 2 feet away where they hammered the stake into the ground so easy to visually see where the sewer pipe ran through the yard) or even refund the bounce house rental. We will be using other companies in the future and warning others not to use this company. They also stated they hit a gas line at someone else's house and refused to pay that so there is clearly a pattern of negligently setting up this equipment. Please beware and use other companies that use proper set up techniques.

I was disappointed in how much prices have gone up and that some bounce space was taken away for all the video games (video game prices were high and it was hard to keep my younger kids away from them). It was something to do on a hot day for the kids though. Be aware that there is little to no structure once you are inside. Keep an eye on your children and moderate their behavior if you need to (there is no staff monitoring the bounce houses or floor)
