I order a small 10x10 jumper and made sure my measurements were correct to fit the 15x15 requirement. However, I forgot about the height, my bad. So, I asked to take it in the backyard and I would pay the fee for the steps, which the guy had to count every step in order to calculate my fee. Money was not the issue and just wanted my son to have a great birthday but the delivery driver was super rude and stated he did not have a long enough cord. So, I told him no problem my husband will go buy a 20ft extension cord because you can't double up the cords, no problem. I was willing to go buy it and then his excuse was that it would not put out enough power even though I have a whole entire separate studio in the backyard with its own power. The man made every excuse to not take the jumper downstairs and had stated I would need a generator and I said okay that is fine and I will pay for the generator but he stated that they didn't carry any when it states clearly on the website that they do. So, they ended up canceling my scheduled appointment for the jumper and refused to give me any of my money back even though I was willing to pay and work around every obstacle that he threw at me. As the event date approached, I followed up to confirm the paperwork had been submitted. At first there was no response. After multiple follow-ups, he said he had switched insurance companies and was waiting for the new paperwork. I agreed to wait a couple of days. After that, I followed up twice more and received no response at all. Luckily, I left myself enough time to find another vendor. Otherwise, I could have been left with nothing for the party.
