One asked me if I wanted to take the drinks downstairs then another started pouring old drinks into the jugs, so there went that idea. And the free birthday t-shirt was a small but like a looks more like a large against my daughter. She won't be able to wear it for another 1-2 years. It was a stressful time. On the outside it doesn't look like anything too special but once inside this play place is HUGE! They have a ton of different play zones and fun things for the kids to experience. You could really spend the whole day here and the kids would enjoy it. Upon entry they have a cafeteria where they sell food and some arcade games. They they have a play area for smaller kids to enjoy. And a huge climbing slide. They areas for them to climb in and explore are large and hard to keep an eye on your kids but I did warn my kids to come find me should they need anything. So many slides and climbing things they loved it. There is also a ninja warrior type of play area for older kids at the back. That was a really fun area for the kids as they watch that on TV so it was really cool to see in real life and try some of the obstacles. The staff were constantly cleaning too however with the amount of kids in this place I think it's hard to keep this place truly clean. I encouraged my kids to wash their hands several times while we were there. The birthday area has a lot of different rooms and accommodate many birthday parties all at the same time. The kids had pizza, veggies, and pop / water / juice. A Mario character also came and said hi to the kids and took pictures which was nice for the younger kids to enjoy. Overall this is a pretty cool play place however since we live so far away we likely wouldn't come back here unless it was for another birthday or to meet someone who lives in that area. If you're in that area and looking for a super cool play place, this is definitely a great spot to spend the day.

We've never had a problem with their staff and our shoes are always still there when we leave. I also think that it is a good policy to have the kid and parent have the same stamps so they know you are a parent and not a random person picking up a kid. May daughter just loves this place and it is a great option in the winter when all other playgrounds are too cold or wet.

They said they limit the number of kids in the space and you have to pre-book your 60 minute time slot. 60 minutes flew by! And it felt like we didn't get quite enough time to explore and really appreciate all the little houses and details. But that must be the allure of going again! Our babies favourite activities at the playhouses were the slide and the little play restaurant. The slide was busy and tight quartered. But the little stairs and crash section at the bottom were well placed. The play restaurant was good great, they had all the condiments and so many cute plastic food items for a variety of kids to play with. I recall one kid yelling out 'Ice Cream, Ice Cream'. So fun! There was also costumes, a colouring station, suction building blocks, a wooden play body/operation table. The baby area also looked nice, cozy and with some great stimulating toys. It's a bit pricey and it's too bad it's only a 60 minute booking but in February they had a 1/2 price deal so for just under $5 I felt like that wasn't too bad to check it out. If you do get to check out the cafe I would recommend their signature blue Butterfly Pea latte- it was super sweet and creamy and delightful.

I phoned in our order (curry tofu wrap and tofu scramble wrap) and came to pick it up half an hour later -- the woman sure was persistent over the phone about upselling me add-ons to our order. ;-) When we arrived, the wraps were ready, and we got some spanikopitas and coffees for the road. Both our wraps were very tasty and certainly filling. When it came time for our afternoon snacks, the spanikopitas turned out to be amazing. I never really liked spanikopitas before I went vegan, but this vegan rendition was amazing -- the tofu/spinach filling was delicious, the pastry was delectable but rather oily, and the dip it came with was the perfect accompaniment. This was a gem of a place and I'll definitely return when in Edmonton.

I liked how it was connected across the top with a path over to the jumping pillow and trampoline area, which you can also access via the stairs. The foam pit and trampoline area is so much fun, my kids spent a majority of their time here. Definitely still need to come up and supervise your kids, but I found most other kids were cautious of little ones and well behaved. The foam blocks also all have covers on them. The kids also enjoyed the arcade zone, which was quite popular with the older kids. Looked like they had a good selection of prizes too. Only saw one game not working. Food wise they have a good selection of deep fried goodness, also some healthy options too. We got the popcorn chicken combo- comes with half popcorn chicken, half fries and a juice box. It was recommended as the best deal. The mozzarella sticks were tasty and came with an interesting tomato Bruschetta kind of sauce. Outside food is not encouraged.... I can see why parents would want to stay super close to their young kids in a crowded place like this. I found that there were a variety of activities/play areas for the kids to explore. This venue is quite large and spacious. I appreciated the toddler play area. For the most part my son was surrounded by kids close to his age. The play area was padded and soft so I wasn't worried about my son hurting himself. We spent about 1.5 hours here. This was pretty impressive considering our son's nap time was around this time. He had a wonderful rest after all the excitement! There's so much more to check out. We will definitely have to come back!

Because why can't we also have fun with our kids while their having fun building right? Opened November 15, 2022 and will be leaving January 15, 2023. Even the workers show off how fun it is, sitting in large towers they have recent built. Get the kids involved to tear down brick buildings so they can rebuild. Get ready to let your imagination go FREE! Anything is possible. Just too bad it is only temporary. Oh and the price, almost forgot. Only $7 per kid, All day just dont take the bracelet off unless the kid is done for the day. But you can leave go eat, go shop and then go back and play again before heading home.

That doesn't include any complimentary food or other accesses, and permits use of the trampolines and jungle gym area only. Laser tag is an add on. Would strongly discourage parents of little ones younger than 6 to attend, the areas are wide open, the jungle gym is designed for bigger children, and the pits are difficult even for older kids to get out of. If you plan on joining them into any area, you will also be charged the same rate per hour. Don't forget socks with grips, or they charge you $5 for a pair! There is a large viewing area for parents that has a view of the entire area, however is far enough that staff are situated in each area. However, they are not attentive, frequently mingling or on their phones, and did not respond when a child was hurt in the foam pit area during our visit. The South Edmonton location was very quiet. While the less busy crowd may be preferred for some children, the overall experience was not conducive to enjoyable or safe play.
