Kim listens to you as far as your goals to decide on a "classic set" or "volume" which determines how dramatic they will look and she customizes the application based on the length of your natural lashes as well. Conversation with Irene was fun and it was great getting to know her a little better while she worked on my lashes. She communicated everything during the whole process so I always knew what was happening next. She's got one of those personalities that brings you comfort and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. These lashes make me feel so beautiful and OMG they save me so much time when I'm getting ready in the morning. Not only are my lashes always fire, but I don't even have to put on mascara - Talk about waking up with sexy eyes every morning but with zero effort! That alone is worth every penny. The salon was easy to find in the Cape and super cute. Crystal chandeliers, silver/ white/ neutral colors decorated the walls. Also, I'd like to add it was super clean and the staff were all wearing masks. Very small, quaint, and adorable. Got a lash lift and tint by Alexis. Sorta not happy with the outcome of my lashes. After I got home…read morerunning errands I was able to take a better look at them. I still had glue stuck under my eyelid which I had to use a q-tip with my own makeup remover to remove, then got tweezers to pull the glue off. Also, some of my lashes lifted but others are bent... two of my lashes are bent downward not upward and some of my lashes instead of going straight up because they are bent go to the side... I also noticed small pieces of glue on my lashes but wasn't able to touch them until 2 days later when I washed my face. Alexis was nice and went over the process so that wasn't a problem. It's just the end results of my lashes.
