A couple of years ago my sister visited, and she had beautiful eyebrows...not too thick and not too dark. They were very natural looking. Since I was planning a trip to Montana, I asked my sister if she could make an appointment with Dixie for me. I figured it would be ok since I was going to be in the area for about two weeks. Dixie was able to get me in on the day I arrived into town. She was so friendly and welcoming. My sister came along for moral support and could fit in the room with me. Dixie listened to what I wanted, and took her time with mapping out my eyebrows. She offered good suggestions on what might look good, but the decision was mine. She had several choices of colors to choose from. Again, I went with her opinion since she is the expert. took about an hour to complete my eyebrows. It hurt a bit, and made me want to sneeze at times! Dixie was good about not working too long in one area, she also used some numbing gel as well, so the pain was not bad. She gave me some ointment to apply a couple times a day to help with the healing. I went back right before I was leaving for home for a final touch up. Overall, I am SO happy with this decision, and to go with Dixie! She was very professional, and comfortable to be around. Later on I also noticed discoloration that is still there because it was not injected deep enough. I've had tear trough filler multiple other times from someone else & really liked it. When Rosalee was injecting I thought to myself that she was not going deep enough but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. I was definitely right & wish her ego would allow her to admit to her mistake & make it right. I messaged her the 2nd week of December & sent pics. I didn't hear anything so after Christmas I messaged again. She said to try Flonase to see if it helps. It didn't help at all. Not the slightest. All it did was irritate & burn my sinuses. I haven't heard from her since December. She hasn't tried to check in at all. That is terrible customer care imo. This filler aged me so badly & I am so disappointed & unhappy with my results & decision to go somewhere new. I guarantee this wouldn't have happened if I went to my regular injector. I hate leaving bad reviews but she doesn't care that she messed up & just acts like it's not a big deal.

I moved away and tried other injectors but no one matched Rosalee's skills. I missed her so much I decided she was worth the 8 hour round trip! Rosalee is not just extremely well educated in her profession she is able to see what will make you look better which is not just a medical education but years of experience and an eye for beauty. No two faces are the same and she knows that. When I ask about what will work for me she is always great at explaining procedures and is very honest, she also never over does any procedure. Her office environment and staff are both professional and warm, it's obvious the staff and Rosalee have great respect and care for each other.
