When I saw this one, I felt that this was an opportunity to have a better opinion of the store. This did not happen because this store is no different than the other one. It looks like a liquidated store that has just taken on the discarded remnants of other stores. It is just sad. The clothing and other items are just of the poorest and cheapest quality, but this is not reflected in the price. The items are priced as if they are quality items fit for sale. They have a collection of Christmas sweaters that were very cheap and unattractive, yet being sold for $30 ($9.99 would be more appropriate). Anyway, I just don't get this store and why it even exists when you have a better discounter like Ross right next door. Perhaps I am missing something but I don't think so!

Their store layout was mimicked by Walmart, now they have transitioned to a new floor plan. Things may still be all over the place until they finish. You will need to walk around to find some special deals but they are in here. The selection at Target is a place where shoppers find selection and value.

You could be super friendly, smiling, cracking jokes, yet they never fail to meet you with a cold and hateful glare for no apparent reason. I was trying on dresses for something very important to me and I got the maximum amount of items allowed in the rooms at once and then planned to come back for more but the hateful woman at the front of the changing rooms made me want to just leave the store instead. I enjoy the items at TJ Maxx and appreciate the prices, but the service needs some serious improvement if they don't want to lose customers.

Earlier this month I called the store on a Sunday because I could not get there until WED....the gal said she could put a 2 day extra pickup on the record and told me to call back Tuesday and ask them to take my order to customer service for a hold to pick up WED. I called Tuesday as instructed by her and told them as to what she had told me...I was told 'no can do'. Asked for a manger and she said 'no can do'...that "Online orders are pulled already and shipped back and they cannot override them" Later that day I got an email from Kohls saying thanks for your pickup. WELL I just ignored the email until the bill came today and sure enough it is on the credit card bill?!! I am basically DONE with Kohls. They have lost a faithful life long customer since they opened in Canton. I guess the manager took my order? So much pulled for return to online center?!

The hiring manager, "Stacy," lied to me on several occasions, telling me to come in for job training without an orientation. Even though the interview felt somewhat professional, the new trainee was dozing off while the supposedly more experienced hiring manager took over. They made a verbal agreement with me to come in for job training the week after, and they never got back to me. Although I gave them my personal information in the resume I submitted, what a joke. I honestly liked the store and wanted to give it a go to help improve the store's aspects, but they do not seem to understand that the employees they have do not see growth in the company. I got on a call with management multiple times to find an update on my application process, which I applied for in August. It did not take until September before the hiring manager finally made a decision over the phone, aside from the fact that she lied to me, saying there was no Stacy who worked there. Nice one, Stacy! I hope this store can get a grip on its employees and understand that keeping things promptly matters with their future applicants. VERY POOR VALUES!
