She was encouraging and told me to go to the top to get it fixed or even replaced. I only wish I got her name! It's not everyday that you are in a business and the owner is actually giving away business! I appreciate her looking out for me and giving me such a great idea! In the end, her suggestion worked. When I returned to pick them up, Susan told me that one of the watches didn't need a battery it just needed to be "shuck up" because it was an older watch and had been sitting in my drawer for a while. When we got there they wrapped it up in a pretty ring box and a cute little gift bag. It was a nice touch. It is hard to make a crab cute, but I think they did a good job of it.
