I'd probably keep going there if it weren't for the unprofessional & ignorant employees. My last two sessions, I had to listen to one of the lash technicians making racially derogatory comments about Asian and South African people. Instead of the employees & OWNER holding each other accountable to a professional standard, they laughed and encouraged it. My last visit I addressed it to my lash tech/the owner Tara. To which she replied, "I don't think you understand how much we joke with each other". After a disingenuous apology, it's safe to say that there's a lack of leadership at this establishment. I won't be returning.

I got lashed by Aja, and it was an incredible experience. I am overwhelmed by how much I liked this experience. I am unsure how new this business is but I am a fan! But when I went to pay they told me it was $62 no tip included. When I questioned it she mentioned something about hot towels and rocks were used. I thought it was included because I didn't ask for anything other than the $42 package. I didn't get French nails or anything special. So with tip included it was $72. I feel if I am missing something then it was not communicated to me. I will not be back.
