Don't ever go there! Don't use Groupon there either they will give you a beginner lady. My eyelash fell off in 4days no one can tell my eyelash was done. I have never had this bad of an experience. My eye is red and the manager mention she will give me a fill which I ask for a refund and they never give me a call back. The manager also mentioned my lashes are falling off because I use eye drops... then why is both of my eyelashes falling off??? P.S. Love love LOVE! Everything about this delightfully hip, yet relaxing and beautiful little boutique screams "mommy time", or just "me time", which let's face it, every woman needs from time to time. I purchased a full "Kidman" set (the more "natural" look), with a fill for $75 via Groupon recently, as I have been wanting to give lash extensions a whirl for some time now. What an amazing deal! After I purchased my Groupon, I called to make an appointment, expecting at least a few days wait, but when I explained to the owner, Camille, that I would like to get in as soon as possible, she asked if I would be able to come in that very day (Friday)! But since I was busy playing my alter-ego, SUPERMOM that day, we settled for later the next morning. Now, this is a rather time-consuming process, considering the highly skilled technicians put each lash on, one by one. But to be quite honest, the time flew by, because the staff makes sure that you are sooo comfortable, with recliners that your body just MELTS into, plush, cozy blankies, snacks, and refreshing flavored water. Whatever you need to be comfortable, they will oblige, with a smile. =) As I slid in and out of a semi-conscious state, I chatted and joked with the technicians (there are 3), and fellow clients, while Emily worked on beautifully sculpting the perfect cat-eye. Since I had decided to take Camille up on her offer to upgrade my deal to the "Kardashian" set, which covers approximately 90% of the lashes, for a more VAVAVOOOOM look, (hey, go big, or go home.. am I right, ladies??), Emily ended up running out of time.. so I was asked if I wouldn't mind coming back in later on in the afternoon, at 4:30. Come back to take a break from my Mommy duties, to relax and nap while being pampered? Sigh... if I MUST. ;) Upon my return, I was put with Marisa, the salon's "master technician". And a master she is! By the time she was through, I felt like a bona fide glam goddess! She also thoroughly explained how to take care of my new peeper-fringe, and how to make them last as long as possible between fills. Afterwards, Camille had me pose for some "after" photos, pumping my ego up even more.. hehehe. =) Due to the fact that I had to come back to have my lashes finished up, Camille did not charge the $28 upgrade fee, which I thought was absolutely gracious and wonderful! They sent me off with a little goodie bag, including my color choice of a super fun shimmery eyeshadow. I also purchased the eyelash coating, that keeps them looking beautiful and shiny for around $14. Just a swipe or 2 of that after a couple swipes of the lash wand they also sent me home with, and I am set, ready to go in the mornings. Bye bye mascara... it's been fun... but I'm afraid you have been replaced... Thank you to the AMAZING staff of Entice Lashes for putting a little pep in this girl's step! Huge fan of this place. I am not usually the glam or "pampering" type. I don't like manicures or pedicures, and my hair and makeup routine is relatively simple and straightforward. So, I surprised myself by wanting to get eyelash extensions, but with a baby on the way, I wanted to look presentable for family and friends without having to do, well, anything. I wasn't about to get tattooed eyeliner, so eyelash extensions it was! The environment at the salon is very spa-esque. The bathrooms were spotless and very posh, and the salon itself was open, clean, contemporary, and comfortable. They had a selection of high-end snacks and drinks you could get before and after. When I was there, Izze sparkling juices, coffee, dried apricots, smoked almonds, chocolate almonds, candied coconut... nnngh. Can I just move in? I went with the Kardashian set, and they are wonderful and lush. I had read that people who take poor care of theirs may only see about two weeks of wear from their extensions, so I have been taking impeccable care of them, and two weeks later, I have only lost three lashes that I am aware of, and they are still thick and curled and lovely. I haven't run my face under water since I got them done, so maybe that has helped. I use facial cleansing wipes at night and wash with soap and remove with clean, wet hands in the shower in the morning. I also bought the sealant they offer after your appointment. I have to comment on my technician, too. I find with many estheticians that I don't share too much in common and end up having superficial conversations with them. Not so with my technician, who was their bridal specialist (wish I could remember her name). She was deep, engaging, and amiable, and I wish I could have stayed the rest of the day just to enjoy the conversation! She was very professional and did an incredible job on my lashes. Total lash virgin right here, and in LOVE! Such a wonderful product and wonderful service. I purchased my lash appointment on Groupon for a great deal. I called before buying and the girl at the desks sweetly answered about 2,345,827 questions that I had with no problem. When I went in for my appointment, the salon was easy to find and easy on the eyes, with its (very) vintage, almost burlesque look. It was like stepping into an early 1900's beauty salon, and they play great music; Louis Armstrong, big band classics ... You are seated in a wonderfully cushy recliner and given a lovely soft blanket to snuggle under, and then lights out! You take a little siesta for about an hour &1/2, and wake up looking like Katy Perry! My lash tech was named Dallas, and he is great. I went to him for my first set, and my fill, and I couldn't have asked for better! My only disclaimer would be, it CAN be a pricey habit to keep up, and if you are a face sleeper like me (no shame) you might have to go back more often than most. I feel like I got pretty darn lucky when I booked an appointment for a lash fill the same day. My regular lash tech was called out if town for an extended period and I had to find an alternative, fast. Marissa took my urgent call and was so sympathetic to the eminent disaster of ill-groomed lashes, and booked me in that afternoon. While I was merely hoping to overt a crises, I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into this adorable studio. Cute and chic, the waiting area is so welcoming and the reception staff very friendly. But the magic happened when I met Marissa, a real lash artist - not a tech, there is a difference, who was willing to take on a new client with very messy lashes. In less than 2 hours I learned she is a master lash artist, but so much more. I learned more about lash extensions in one session with her than I learned in 4 years with another tech. More about technology available, about the after care of my beautiful extensions, all while feeling incredibly comfortable in a puffy chair chatting like old friends. And the results are amazing. The new technology and her application is incredible. My lashes have never felt so light, l can hardly tell they're there. But man oh man, are they there. Beautiful, natural, light as air. I've been coming here for several months, have a membership and tip generously. In the past 2 months there has been a rapid turnover without notice in staff. The current receptionist seems to be struggling, which I can be patient with, but I'm not impressed with how scattered, inexperienced and difficult it seems to be to check out and reschedule. I come weekly at the same time and same day. I've had appointments that were not entered into the schedule therefore wasting my time and requiring I return. For being a regular, the exchanges are consistently confusing. I've never been greeted with familiarity, but feel my presence there is a often surprise. I've been happy with the product until my last visit. I was scheduled for 1 hr. But received a 30 min service. I've had some reaction, which is new causing my lashes, real and with extension, to shed rapidly. It's alarming. I don't know if there has been a change in product and I understand there are some inherent risks. I am pensive about continuing and would encourage comparison, as I have not been anywhere else. read more

I just moved to SLC and needed a new lash artist. I went to entice twice and the customer service was amazing but I can't say the same for the quality of the service. I've been getting my lashes done for 2 years so I know how I liked them and how long they lasted. I went to entice twice and my lashes only lasted 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before they started falling out badly! I told the tech the second time and she told me it's probably bc my lashes are dry. It was $80 each time for a full which was way more than I'm used to paying. I paid $45-50 on the east coast. I ended up going to a different artist from a referral and now my lashes last a full 3-4 weeks and they still look good. Not sure if their quality is that good - and prices are steep. Sorry entice but I won't be back. read more

I HIGHLY don't recommend this place. SAVE your money and go somewhere better! trust me! I've been to a number of different lash studios for the last three years and tried Entice Lashes since it was close to my work. BOY, was I disappointed. They're not only expensive but the lashes don't last long. I went twice just to make sure it wasn't an off day the first time I went and the majority of my lashes on my right eye fell off within a week. I called Entice and they didn't offer to fix it but rather mentioned, that I was probably going through a lash cycle, (which they mentioned the first time). So instead of making the situation better, they just wanted me to come back and spend more money! SERIOUSLY, save your money and go somewhere else! Horrible...First- I should have known from the low ratings and feedback. But because I value word of mouth (most folks who work in the service industry do) and was referred here I took a chance. I was DRIVING to the appointment and got a call stating my stylist was not going to be coming in for the day. I am sensitive to the "emergency" causing the cancellation but shame on either the company and/employee who is allowed to not call sooner to value a customers time. I'm not one to usually splurge on myself, especially in the beauty department but Entice Lashes made me make an exception. I first came here over a year ago because of a groupon deal and really fell in love with how they specifically do lashes. Every time I'd go people would ask first if they were real and second where they could get them done. So a couple months ago I decided to become a member and I'm so glad I did, I come in once a week for a quick fill during lunch and it seriously was the best decision I've made in a while. Saved me a ton of money becoming a member. Plus I don't have to worry about make up anymore so it saves me time as well. Overall A++. read more

I've gone twice now for lash fills. They use the length they like, not the length you already have on which is weird. The second time I went I asked for shorter length because it looked more natural. I waited a month before the second fill and they had nearly all fallen out, (old or bad glue?) so the hour I paid for only allowed me to get half the lashes I need :/ I'm going to try another studio tomorrow to have them better filled in and I'll come back to give an update....but for the money, I'm not sure this place is worth it or maybe fake lashes is just an extravagance. read more

This place does great work but they are not reliable! I have been canceled on twice at the last minute and had to reschedule for a week later (wanted them for my friend's wedding but...). I would recommend entice if you're not getting lashes for a special occasion and also don't mind paying quite a bit more than what you pay at a lot of other great places. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would give this a "0" stars if that was an option. I had wanted to try extensions for a while. I searched around online and Entice caught my eye when I saw a coupon for it on Groupon. After looking at its website and pictures, I chose to go here because it was one of the cheaper options I found for lashes. Having arrived a bit late due to traffic, the receptionist told me that it would cut into my 'lash time' (2 hours) but assured me that it would still be more than enough time for the lash technicians to finish my extensions. I was then quickly seated on comfy recliners. I opted for the "Kidman" lashes since they looked more natural in the pictures. My technician spent about 15 minutes searching for her things. I wouldn't have minded this if her time spent walking around didn't count into my lash time. Finally, the technician began my lashes. I immediately felt a burning sensation from the glue. She had me hold a fan to my eyes to cool the burning feeling. However, I continued to feel it throughout the session and my eyes even teared up near the end. I found out later that my friend barely felt any burning sensation. My eyes may have been extra sensitive but I suspect the technician may have not have used the right amount or placement of the glue on my lashes. The technician held friendly conversation with me during our session. However, it seemed that she was taking it easy despite the time constraints we were apparently under. As the 2-hour time limit approached, the technician told me that she would try to get on as many lashes as she could. I was surprised to hear this since I thought the technician would finish my lashes. I asked her if she could try to finish them for me since I lived far away and didn't have time to come back to fill them in. She told that it was my fault because I was late and then explained how she was booked back to back and couldn't do anything else for me. When the 2-hour time was up, she put down her tools and handed me a mirror. I was shocked. They looked HORRID!! I couldn't believe what I saw. I appeared to have 4 long and pokey strands sticking out randomly from my lashes with large gaps in between. And she actually told me that my lashes looked beautiful before she handed me the mirror. It looked like someone had closed their eyes and randomly slapped a few lashes on my eyes. 1.5 hours of worked looked like this?? My natural lashes looked fuller and thicker than the ugly strands she glued on. I asked her again if she could finish them because they looked SO unfinished. Again she said that she was too booked the rest of the day. So I went up to talk to the receptionist and finally she said the owner would be able to work on my lashes for a few minutes. As the owner add more lashes, my original technician was lounging on a couch and reading a paper. After 15 minutes, the owner said she had to leave but my eyes were closer to being done. Wait, they still weren't done? I looked again and they appeared a little less sparse (40% covered), but still not even close to the 70% a "Kidman" set is supposed to cover. The owner said that it would take another 15 minutes to be completely done. Still unhappy about my lashes, I asked the receptionist again if anyone who worked there could finish my lashes. She said that another technician would be able to finish them but I would need to pay another $30 to have them finished. I couldn't believe it! That was outrageous. They expected me to pay for an ugly and unfinished job and then top it off with another $30 to actually have it finished. And then I found out a few minutes later that my original technician had her next appointment cancelled. I spent about 15 more minutes talking with the receptionist and nobody would finish my lashes. Even more, nobody told me how to care for my lashes. I am NEVER coming back here again. It's true: You get what you pay for. The customer service is TERRIBLE and everyone is extremely uncooperative. My lashes look UGLY and CHEAP, like a high school girl just tried to do extensions for the first time. Do yourself a favor: Don't come here if you're looking for beauty, quality, and a professional staff. read more

Some good, some bad, and some ugly.... I've had eyelash extensions applied on numerous occasions, but hadn't had them in a while. Entice is close to where I live, so I decided to take the plunge and try them out. My lash artist, Wendy, did a pretty good job on the actual application, however, I did experience rapid fall-out. Whether it was technique, product, or just my own wimpy lashes, I'm not sure... but I will say that hasn't been something I've previously experienced. Still, for the price, I hoped for better. Location of this studio is excellent and very accessible, however, the studio atmosphere itself is lacking. I personally wouldn't use the term "hip" to describe this studio (it's actually a somewhat bizarre mishmash of style). The recliners aren't particularly comfortable (which after a few hours is actually a big deal), and there was a strange odor to the facility. Despite the fact that I won't be scheduling a fill with Entice anytime soon, I wouldn't write them off entirely in a pinch. Overall, mid-range lash studio, with mid-range quality, mid-range service, and mid-range atmosphere. read more

Not worth the time or money!!! I used a groupon to get my beauty appointment. The first appointment went pretty well and my lashes were great. HOWEVER, Once the tech, Tavia discovered that it was on a groupon, and I scheduled for the fill, the fill didn't last for longer than 48 hours. When I called to inform the tech about this, she was non apologetic or empathetic. I expressed that I didn't think that a fill was worth the $99, and she said that she was sorry that it didn't work out for me. I was upset that she possibly stereotyped me as someone that couldn't afford this service, and gave me such little custom service. This is a direct customer job, and I felt little to no customer service through the entire experience!!!! read more

Holy Cow, all I have to say is that its great to finally have a legitimate lash extension boutique in Utah! I have been getting extensions for over three years. I've gotten them in LA, Vegas, and NY, and when I came to Utah I was very disappointed with the businesses offering sets and fills here. Lash extensions are an ART, and the artist that applies them dramatically influences the way your face and expressions are experienced. Thats WHY extensions are AMAZING! Entice gets this. They are attentive to the look you're trying to convey with your lashes and are extremely competent at producing that conveyance. LOVE THEM! While, it seems they're just getting established at their location and the place is still growing into a full boutique, they're the only estheticians I'd trust with my lashes in Utah because its the artist ability that matters. So I schedule brow service on sept 2nd 11:00 am I got a voice mail 1hr 20 min before my appt that they cancelled my appointment so I called the lady back she is telling me when I want to reschedule!? Are you serious !?!? After having visited several other lash shops around town, I am SOOOO glad I found Entice! The staff do an incredible job of asking what kind of look you're going for. Then you're wrapped into a cozy blanket while you chat away with your technician -- all of whom are so friendly! I was surprised to learn that they even have Sunday appointments -- though I haven't booked one of those yet. I would highly recommend checking them out! I've also done nose waxing (I know - it sounds painful, but it's not). It was quick and I could breathe so much easier after. Can't wait to do brow tinting next since mine are getting lighter with age. LOL Definitely check them out! read more

Was not impressed. This place doesn't offer competitive prices. I've been getting lashes done for years and never have I seen anywhere in the valley (and I have looked extensively) a master lash artist charge 69 dollars and 49 for a standard aka apprentice (that's unheard of to pay that much for one- typically about 20-25 an hour) and PLUS tax? I've never in my life seen sales tax on a service. I've actually spoken to several spa OWNERS who've informed me it's illegal to even do so if they're not remitting it to the state (which isn't required since they don't require sales tax on a service), which is why I've never seen it at any business or home spa, including lash extensions, permanent cosmetics, massages, etc. They aren't required to pay sales tax at all to the state so we as customers can't be asked to cover sales tax. So best case scenario, they're remitting it to the state and we are all paying an unnecessary sales tax (which we're all legally owed to have refunded) or they're not remitting it and just committing tax fraud. Either way, that tax NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF. I didn't get the length or fullness I asked for at all and paid $62 for someone who's been doing it for like 3 months. And their big thing is offering super expensive "memberships" each month. No one needs several two hour fills each month, or even ONE. No one has enough lashes for that amount of time for a simple fill. And if you need several a month, they're not doing their job right. I felt very nickeled and dimed and won't recommend them ever. Their website also says "$25" for a standard (aka apprentice) 30 min. fill and on the phone I was told $30 and no apology, and no they wouldn't honor the $25. It was just "Oh yeah we'll have to change that." Ya think? Bad business. read more
