Once we cut into it, we saw that it was a carrot cake so we knew we were having a boy! The carrot cake itself was perfect. We've had many carrot cakes in the area and all agreed this was the best! It was moist and had a perfect frosting to cake ratio. The sweetness level was exactly what we were looking for- not too sweet. We also ordered a tray of baklava. It was crunchy, full of nuts, and not too sweet. It was $35 for the tray. Much more affordable than buying it by the piece at a bakery. Can't wait to try more of Fadia's treats.
