I was researching for a long time to find the perfect wedding bouquet for me. Since I work full time and busy as is, I really appreciate businesses that could do a rough quote online, and Flower Bouquet Shop is one of them. After Ashleigh quoted flowers for my wedding, we set up an appointment. We got in there and they're just in time busy with Mother's Day so I saw beautiful flowers in their shop. Ashleigh greeted me, she is nice and friendly. I like how she is being honest and not pushy. She even retype everything, attached some pictures and itemized the price, which is very honest and nice of her to do that. They don't have minimum order, and they even willing to drop the flowers at our first look spot for free - double check with this, they might charge you if it's certain distance. The bouquet I had was beautiful! I honestly didn't pay attention to close, I am regretting my self I didn't spend time with the bouquet a lot because hey it was my wedding and everything went SO FAST. Thank God my photographer captured it. The pictures of bouquet turned out amazing! I am very satisfied what my bouquet look like. It's not cookie cutter bouquet. She threw some unique flowers & leaves, she also made my dream came true by putting peonies in my bouquet. I always wanted Peonies, but other stores quoted so high! I'm so happy I found them! I previously placed an order through a 3rd party floral website, but I decided after a few reviews that I should cancel that order and contact Bouquet. Boy, Oh Boy, was I right! I called and spoke to Ashleigh and she was one of the greatest CSRs I've ever spoken to, even after I called back asking to add some green orchids to the arrangement. Laughably bad. I've referred customers here in the past because they have beautiful arrangements on their website, but the actual product is way different than pictured. I don't mean the flowers are different than pictured, I mean it looks like someone picked up scraps from a design table and shoved them haphazardly into a container. Also, I asked for a happy birthday balloon and they sent a balloon with a snowman that said "Let It Snow". Seriously?? Way to lose not just a customer, but a flowershop using you as their go-to Boise referral. read more

I arrived just as they had closed, but the owner noticed me as she was walking to her car and happily reopened. She helped me pick out a beautiful bouquet for my girlfriend and was by far the nicest florist I've ever dealt with. If you ever need flowers in Boise, this is the place to go. read more

I hate giving this review but I feel like people should know. I live on the East Coast and ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. I called Bouquet Flower shop very early in the morning to confirm that they had everything in stock for the Fragrant Garden Bouquet listed on their website. They said YES. My sister's favorite color is blue, so it seemed like the perfect choice. Instead, she got a pink bouquet, which was very upsetting. We both hate pink and avoid it at all cost. It was a gorgeous pink bouquet, but this was not the best experience for a such an important, milestone birthday. read more
