I've been using this florist to send flowers to my mother for her birthday for at least five years. I am outrageously disappointed with today's delivery. I spent $120 for an arrangement called Purple Passion. What arrived was an arrangement worth maybe $50 at most, not really purple, with primarily carnations and roses. This florist knows my mother and knows that she loves purple, and I assumed she would take good care of us. Will not use again. read more

She's far too busy and "picks flowers all day." I called for arrangements for my father's funeral and was told to look at her website and order from there. Unprofessional and cold. I ordered flowers for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day through Teleflora. Bouquets by Christine is the florist who "fulfilled" the order, with poor quality flowers in an arrangement that looked nothing like the web site. When I tried to get Christine to offer a refund or replace the flowers, she insisted I either let her pick up the flowers and keep them for a few days to assess them, or drop them off in her store myself. When I said I didn't think it was right for my boyfriend to go without his Valentine's flowers while she decided what to do, she told me to deal with Teleflora directly and hung up on me. Outstanding service. I have used them numerous times for floral deliveries, and was never disappointed. Recently, I needed a floral spray to place at my mother's grave during her memorial service. The concern was that in the heat, the flowers would wilt. I was very specific about picking up the arrangement myself late in the day, so it would still be as fresh as possible the next day. They made a beautiful arrangement and I picked it up just before they closed, as we discussed, and they instructed me on how to keep it fresh. The day was brutally hot, but my mother had lovely fresh flowers for her service. I have always been very pleased with this florist. read more

worst customer service ever. I live across the country and tried sending flowers to a friend. apparently christine doesn't understand why people would use a third party ordering system, or take into account that it may be because people are unaware of the area. regardless of how the flowers are ordered it is still a reflection of you as a business when you are ignorant to people in your response. you were more than rude to me, and you told my friend to go to her neighbors and ask them for the flowers that were delivered to them incorrectly. perhaps it wasn't your "fault" that the third party ordering system sent you the wrong info, but it is your "fault" for your choice of how you want to present your business. not to worry christine, as per your response to another bad review on here over the same sort of issue, I have gotten in contact with another local florist and will be more than happy to give them my business and no doubt by the pictures, receive a far superior product. read more

Christine did some recent floral arrangements for a family member of mine that recently passed away. Not only is Christine very empathetic and very nice to talk to, she did an absolutely amazing job on the displays. I've grown tired of inconsistent crap from other florists in the area for a lot of money; (see my other reviews to find out which ones) Christine is the real deal, and she genuinely cares about her customers and her work. Always willing to go above and beyond. I had ordered 15 single stem roses to give as a gift individually and they said that they would include baby's breath and greens to make a bouquet. They had individually wrapped each rose with greens, baby's breath and a water tube for no extra charge . I was so pleased with how the flowers turned out and the receiver was overjoyed. Very disappointed. I went in looking for a singlebouquet of babys breath and was charged $40. Not knowing anything about flowers I bought it. I went to Sams club that same day and saw the same amount of babys breath I purchased here for $5!!!!!! I was so upset I called the business and they said they cannot return it because it's perishable. Still very upset about it. Wish the people here were a little more honest. Feel like I got ripped off. Really is a shame too cause I'm getting married and I am looking for a florist. They are close and convenient but unfortunately I don't think I will be using them in the future. read more

If I could give a half a star that's even too much for them. My son ordered flowers for me and paid extra for them to get delivered by Valentine's Day. The delivery guy came to the house and no one was there so he left a note with a number 845-226-5182 (that I blew up the number calling for days) I called for 4 days to get the flowers. I got the flowers on February 18th and that was because I FINALLY got in touch with them. If I had never called they would not have even bothered delivering the flowers and kept the money (thieves) I got them 4 days after Valentine's Day! Only because I called them! They didn't even try to redeliver the flowers!! I have the RING doorbell and they can't say they tried. Very disappointed! My son is extremely angry! I will definitely notify (complain to) 1-800 flowers about them. I mean what's the point of getting Valentine's Day flowers a week late. The sentiment is over. I was very depressed.
