We had a very disappointing experience with Bourbon City Cleaning Services. After four hours of cleaning, many basic areas were missed, including dust along walls, countertops, around toilets, under trash cans, and beneath small kitchen appliances. Cabinet faces that were supposed to be cleaned were also skipped. When the maid returned to fix the issues, her attitude was poor, and the results were still below expectations. I didn't have time to fully inspect the house due to having to return to work. I later noticed scratches on our new stainless steel refrigerator, which were not there before the cleaning. When we informed the owner, Joey Coulter, the next day, his response was dismissive and accusatory rather than professional. The maid also arrived with very few cleaning cloths and used about 16 of my microfiber cloths, even throwing away 2 non-disposable ones. Overall, this was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience.
