Isaac, our designer, was so responsive and our install was scheduled quickly. The cost was definitely higher than us doing it ourselves (we probably could have made it happen for half the price, but it would have been a weekend project as opposed to a 4 hour project). Our install had one hiccup, but the installer gave us options and actually redid some of his work to address that issue. I'm so happy with my closet!
