I was charged for more than an hour because the technician had to leave to obtain a small copper fitting, even though he arrived with a large parts trailer. I do not believe I should have been billed for time spent retrieving a basic repair part that should have been readily available. I was also charged for 45 minutes of initial on-site time, despite being told by the office beforehand that only 15 minutes would be billed. When I questioned the charges and asked why it took so long to return, John responded, "You're entitled to your opinion," which I found dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. In addition, after the repair was completed, one of my irrigation sprinkler heads became stuck in the open position due to debris left in the system during the repair. This required additional cleanup and further reinforced my concerns about the quality of the work. For now, the leak appears to be holding, and I am intentionally leaving the area unfilled so I can monitor it for any future leaks. While I appreciate that the leak itself seems to have been repaired, the unexpected charges, unprofessional customer service, and the additional issue with the sprinkler head left me with a poor overall experience.
