The receptionist acted like it was going to kill her to contact him concerning this matter. They wrre very unprofessional all around. A couple of years later, the wife and I were involved in a multi vehicle accident. The attorney from Harrell and Harrell that was representing one of the other parties in the accident tried to sue us besides the actual party that caused the accident. Harrell and Harrell had us served with the suit. The attorney representing us had to threaten to file a counter suit against Harrell and Harrell and report them to the Florida Bar Association before they would drop the suit against us. Most recently a friend of mine that was injured on the job went to hire them concerning his workers comp case. After three weeks of them screwing around, they decided not to represent him. He ended up hiring a different law firm to represent him against his employer So do your homework and find an attorney that will actually ho the distance for you.
