My family and I visited Boston recently to visit my dad and his sister. They actually live in a…read moretown called Hull, which south of Boston on the Bay. By boat, it's about 20 minutes to Boston but by car it's almost an hour. The boats stop running around 7 p.m. so we decided to take a limo to our very first game at Fenway. I love this idea because then we don't have to deal with directions, traffic or parking. Seaport Livery came through when we needed a car to take us to the game! Our driver was five minutes early for our scheduled pickup and he was totally prepared to make our trip really comfortable. There were small snacks and water waiting for us in the car when we arrived in case we were hungry. He knew his way around Hull and was able to get us into the city in under an hour, even in traffic. Awesome! Our driver was super nice and very chatty, which I enjoy. He shared a lot of information about Boston and baseball, which was really great for all of us in the car. The game was delayed in the 5th inning due to rain, so we decided to just high tail it out of there and get back home. We called to arrange a pickup and our driver knew exactly where to get us to avoid baseball traffic. We only had to walk two blocks and the pickup was super fast and easy. Our ride back was much like our ride to the game and that was A-OK with me! More talk of baseball and the driver's life growing up in Boston. Super awesome! All in all, very wonderful service. We paid about $120 total with tip and that is totally worth it to avoid all of the hassles that come along with driving in a new place to a baseball game. The service was really great and on time, which is always a plus in my book. Unfortunately I can't remember his name now, but he was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He took care of all the details and was very thorough while somehow at the same time giving me the feeling I was talking to a long lost friend. On our trip to the airport we were picked up promptly at 4:30 am by our driver Laurie, who was fabulous despite the early hour! She got us there quickly and we were all at ease and relaxed by the time we got there. She is a hoot! On our return trip as soon as I took my phone off airplane mode after landing I was greeted with a text from Dave, our return driver. He gave us instructions on where he was waiting for us, conveniently outside the luggage pickup area. Unfortunately, we came home to a snow storm but thankfully Dave is a fabulous driver, who made us all feel at ease even though we encountered many slippery, unplowed roads. We will definitely be using Seaport Livery in the future and I have already recommended them to multiple people! Leave the driving to these true professionals!

Cost was only about $190, including tip, which was nice to not have to worry about that the day of. We were quoted $300+ elsewhere for just a 20-25 min drive! We seriously thought about doing Uber where you can schedule in advance for a large vehicle but saw horrible reviews about drivers cancelling last minute, especially if they find out it's for a wedding. A Plus was a great deal and had good customer service. Very responsive via email and phone. We received a 24-hour confirmation email, and a 6 hour confirmation email that included the driver's contact info (name, cell, photo, etc). Very helpful although we didn't need it because the driver was on time, and nice. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. It could seat 6 (7 including driver) but we only needed 4 seats.

However, when I explained to him that we had an early morning flight and needed a pick-up at 4:45 AM he immediately said "Oh... I can't do that, we're all booked up." I'm quite sure the problem was the time was inconvenient for him and not a case of them being too busy. My experience with TAZ Transportation: Can't count on this company if you need early morning airport service or if it is inconvenient for them in any way.
