The drivers that we had were all courteous, personable and efficient. The trips included five travelers each time and they offered us drinks and the help with luggage was helpful. On return, we started receiving contact with the drivers about possible delays or where and when we would meet our ride while we were still in the air. It made it so easy to find them when we reached the airport, for sure. I would not hesitate to use them again. In one instance, and it probably is not a big deal, a female driver was FaceTiming her children while she was away from home during the entire ride home. It made me a bit anxious that her focus was not entirely on the road - especially in Boston!!

I booked Austin transportation for 11 people to and from Logan airport. What a great experience it…read morewas from start to finish. The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.

When you use a travel agency, you expect them to take care of the details, to have your best interest at the top of their list. We literally had to chase our travel agent Andrea down at every turn to get information out of her. She was never available for a telephone call and used her personal life as excuses to why she couldn't have a call or two with us. Also saying that she has 300 or something clients. Like that is our fault why she can't gove us great service. There was a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo from this agency in regards fo our cruise. They told us a bunch of hog wash as we spoke with the Celebrity cruise representative on the ship. They told we'd be on a priority list to bid for an upgraded room. However, when we arrived on the ship, Celebrity had no record of that. We booked two cabins over half a year in advance and the cabins were not near each other. They also had obstructed views. Imagine paying for a balcony room and getting a view of the lifeboat. The best part was that Susan Peavey blamed us. I'll tell you what I've worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years (luxury brand/5 star hotels)...never, ever, ever woukd I blame my guests. I also go above and beyond to give each client 5 star service. I anticipate their needs etc. This cruise was a 60th birthday celebration for my friends and a special treat for me as I finished radiation and chemo for breast cancer. I deal with travel agents every day in my line of work. 99 percent of them are outstanding. They have every detail down to a T. As they know the importance of building lasting business relationships with their customers. This agency waa the 1 percent that could care less. Here's the thing: In the service/hospitality industry mistakes are going to happen. Things that out of the provider's control. It's the recovery that matters. It's about making the wrong right We didn't feel like we mattered or were taken care of. We could have booked it on our own and had a less stressful and more delightful experience.

We scheduled a ride home and due to the snow storm they "assumed" all flights would be canceled so they canceled our pickup. When I spoke to them, they were argumentative....the drivers have to shovel out...it's still snowing...etc. The reason you spend more for a car service is reliability. You also expect professional communication. We arrived at Logan and there were multiple car services waiting for their valued customers. We were able to get an uber within minutes for less than ProLimo and with far better customer service skills. I suggest thinking twice before you count on them. Since writing this the owner has decided to argue with a repeated customer on Yelp instead of calling the customer to discuss the matter.

It feels like you are getting a ride from a very professional friend. Her cars are always cleaned and well maintained. If you don't get Robin herself, her drivers are always friendly and professional. They help you with your luggage and always make sure you know where they are.
