If I could give this company "0" Star review, I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE AWFUL! I was part of a bachelorette party this past weekend. When the bus arrived at the first pickup location we realized that the bus may not be the appropriate size as advertised for 30 people - in which the bus driver mumbled "30 kids"... interesting beginning for our trip, as I do not know too many parents that would put 30 kids on a bus with a stripper pole, but who am I to judge. But in the spirit of fun and the party - we made it work by basically sitting on top of each other. The bus stunk of fumes, hot air was coming up through the bus from the bottom, the AC barley worked and it was 90+ degrees and the driver kept the music as loud as he could regardless of being asked to turn it down multiple times, likely to mask the noises the bus was making. The bus brought us to the second pickup location where more people piled in and more of the same - sweating and couldn't hear each other due to the music being on full blast... but we had dinner and then proceeded to our next location. Upon getting back on the bus to go home, we were informed that the BUS WAS NOT ABLE TO START! After attempts from the 26+ women on the bus to call triple A, go back into the bar / club for help and numerous conversations with the driver - we quickly realized that the whole party was stranded. It was at this time where we noticed that the bus had a rejection sticker, and someone trying to jump the van indicated that they saw the driver putting antifreeze in the vehicle earlier in the day. This tells me that they knew this bus should not have been on the road, let alone ruining the night of many people who paid great money to enjoy a night out with the bride-to-be. Everyone had to get an uber / lift home from Rhode Island back to Massachusetts between 11:30 and 2AM. It was a nightmare... and to make it worse, this company is not taking responsibility or accountability for the role they played in inconveniencing and completely ruining the limo / party bus experience for us. This company does not deserve to be in business, let alone be part of anyone's special events.. THEY ARE AWFUL! read more

I researched and booked a party bus/van for a friend's 60th birthday surprise, which was yesterday. Nine of us were heading to Salisbury Beach to see a comedian (Juston McKinney - very funny!) at the Blue Ocean Music Hall on Salisbury Beach (an excellent venue for shows of any kind!) and then dinner at Capri Seaside Italian Kitchen & Pizzeria (I highly recommend!). After researching and talking to a number of companies, I connected with Nick, the owner of ND Night Out. Not only was he super responsive, but he was competitively priced. We booked a 10-passenger van with party bus style seating. We had a 2:45 pick-up and I got reminders periodically the week before. The driver, Paolo, was a super nice guy. Very laid back and friendly and he arrived early and patiently waited in the cul-de-sac. We had three pick-up spots and then headed to Salisbury. The van was clean and neat. It was a little tight for 9 "healthy sized" guys (FYI). This is the same with any vehicle that I have ever rented for a group. My suggestion... size up a bit... but it was fine. Paolo waited while we saw the show, had dinner and returned. The drive up was almost 2 hours due to accidents and about 90 minutes coming home. Paolo was great. We all tipped him extra and thanked him during the drop-off(s). Nick followed up this morning to see how it went. It went great. I highly recommend renting transportation for events (especially if there is any chance of drinking plus the comradery) and I highly recommend ND Night Out if you are going to rent anything. A Disappointing Night on the Party Bus As a guest on the party bus, I expected a memorable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. Let me recount the series of disappointments: The Bus Itself: The bus had a state inspection rejection sticker prominently displayed. This immediately raised concerns about its safety and maintenance. Despite being advertised as suitable for 30 people, it was cramped with only 23 passengers. The air conditioning was insufficient, making the ride uncomfortable. The interior speakers were hanging by wires, a clear sign of neglect. The Driver: The driver's demeanor was aloof and unapologetic. As a professional, they should have been attentive and customer-focused. My 18-year-old son, dressed casually, appeared more put-together than the driver. The Unexpected Breakdown: The worst part came when the bus died in the parking lot. We were left stranded, forced to call Ubers and lifts. The driver claimed the battery was dead, but three attempts to jump-start the bus failed. This situation was both frustrating and embarrassing. Comic Relief: Ironically, the only positive contribution from the company was unintentional: the situation became a source of amusement for us. In summary, the party bus experience was a letdown. As paying customers, we deserved better. Companies providing transportation services should prioritize safety, comfort, and reliability. I hope others can learn from our unfortunate night. read more

awful night what a way to end a bachelorette party. paid for 30 people, no way we could fit. had to have a car follow with the rest. no ac. smelled awful of needing coolant and emissions. party bus had rejection sticker. then broke down. stuck in the parking lot with 25 woman after midnight for over an hour. we then had to all Uber or Lyft home from RI to MA. when complained we were told too dramatic, was our fault for killing battery with our music. driver spent night in the bus with it off plugged his phone in and watching a movie on his phone. but music before that killed it. if was just a battery the jumps he received would have restarted it!! company offered partial refund and half off another night. well who the hell wants another night of hell? read more

Booked the party bus for a girls night in seaport 3 weeks ago. There was 22 of us and we all fit comfortably. We wanted to drive around the area and make a few stops to the local bars.
