I moved out of the state and have visited the site, and yet it remains in poor condition. I verified they received the emails; they have but refuse to send someone to fix it. Constant lies of going to place a work order, that never get done. Therefore, I will contact the BBB regarding their lack of running an establishment. This incompetent cemetery has absolutely no respect for your deceased loved ones, and no respect for the living!

The minute that we walked in the door at Hixson's to finalize arrangements for my Mother, my brother and I felt very welcomed, comfortable, and at-ease. Moreover, Hixson's did some wonderful things to personalize the service for my Mom that made us feel so good. For example, they saw in the obituary that we created for my Mom that she loved sewing. So, they displayed a sewing machine and supplies on the guest book registration table. Very personal touch! I was very impressed with their attention to detail on everything. They were excellent at communicating with us throughout the entire process as well. Their facilities are very nice too. In a difficult time, they made everything so easy on us. Called and spoke with Carolyn who got right on it. I felt much better with her assurance and the flower sho'sp ability to complete my order.
