Sadly, whoever is doing brows now does not meet that same standard. My experience was so upsetting I had to cover my eyebrows with bangs (which I don't even like!) and spent over $80 just to hide the damage. When I spoke with the owner, I wasn't offered a refund--just castor oil and the reassurance that "they'll grow back." That's not acceptable when it comes to something as important and visible as your face. If you're thinking about getting your brows done here, study the technician's own eyebrows first. If they don't look clean, even, or professional--walk away. I won't be returning for brow services unless the original brow artist comes back. HORRIBLE staff.Went in for my waxing treatment and the lady messed up my eyebrows completely. when I came back in to try to ask if she could fix them or give me a refund she immediately stated screaming at me in front of multiple other customers, saying I don't tip her enough and she was not qualified to do the waxing service I requested. She screamed at me in front of multiple guests saying never come back you don't tip enough. Very greedy owner and terrible service. First off, I've gotten eyebrow threading and a lash lift from Roya and she does a great job. So 5 stars for her service I tried lash extensions with another artist that works there and honestly, was disappointed. I naturally have long lashes, so lash lift worked well for me. However, I was curious about lash extensions and decided to give it a try. The artist that worked with me was nice. I asked for a classic set and told her I didn't want a cat- eye bc that look doesnt look good on me. I told her I wanted something natural and complement my eye shape. I think nowadays, lash artists measure out your eye plane to give you a customized look that's fit for your eye. But she didn't do any of that. I feel like she didn't have a good look at my eyes. After the service, I opened my eye and felt something poking it. She took a look, adjusted the lash, and I said I still felt a slight poking . But she said it is normal... when I got home, I took a closer look and there was a small lash extensions poking my eye whenever I blink, so I just plucked it with a tweezer lol. She gave me a slight cat eye , which I said that I didn't want... and the lashes didn't look as natural as I wanted it to. 5 days later, I went to a different lash place and removed the extensions. I asked the other place of what I had on my lashes was a classic set. The girl told me "no. There were a few clusters that were added to some of my natural lashes, that's why it didn't look natural." So remember, I removed my extensions in 5 days.. I remember how long my natural lashes were. But now that the lashes were removed, my natural lashes looked shorter and was cut in a blunt length. I do recall when I was getting the extensions applied, I heard scissors noises and felt some lash hair fall on my face. I was thinking that maybe she was cutting the extensions a little bit and hoped to god it wasn't my natural lashes, but it really was my natural lashes :( But again, brow services and lash lift are amazing. I was walking around the shopping center and inquired about their services. Since they take walk in appointments I was able to get my eyes brows and upper lip threaded on the same day. Although getting threaded hurt way more than usual, Loved how Hani shaped my eyebrows. I just remember sitting there asking myself if it was normal to literally feel my skin lift as Hani would tug on the hair to come out. I left very happy about how they looked until I got into my car, looked in my mirror and saw that the skin around my eyebrows and lips were extremely irritated. Taking a deeper glance I saw they had cuts and burns around them remembering that my skin was get tugged on more than usual. I always get threaded and this is the first time that ive ever gotten cuts and burns. 2 days later, I have scabs on the areas that were irritated. Not sure if i will return. read more

Yesterday, I went and got my eye lashes done by this lady who I thought worked out of a business, turns out she does lashes from home, when I made the appointment with her, she gave me an address which contained no apartment number, when I got there and saw it's an apartment complex, I called her and told her that I thought this is a business, now she gives me her apartment number, since I drove all that way already, and prior to going to see her, I viewed her FB and it looked as though she had done this many times, but by the time I got home, the lashes were peeling off, the glue was making my eyes watery, the lashes were heavy and too thick, by morning I noticed them peeling off even more, plus one lash was thicker than the other and the shape was different than the other as well. There were a lot of mistakes that needed to be corrected, the lashes were very uncomfortable due to the thickness and the amount of glue the lady put on them, they looked unnatural, I needed these corrected ASAP because my eyes were hurting from the glue which caused my eyes to be watery, plus it threw my vision off because they were too thick, just the thickness alone got in the way of my vision, I needed all of these mistakes corrected ASAP. I spoke with Kaeyla who was super professional and understood what I'm going through, she was extremely friendly and agreed to see me the same day at Boutique Brows, she took her time and made sure all of the mistakes were corrected, the new lashes that Kaeyla did were beautiful, they felt natural and light compared to thick, uneven and uncomfortable ones which I had done yesterday. What a difference! Kaeyla is the best hands down, she knows what she is doing, every step of the way from beginning to end, I would definitely recommend Kaeyla to friends & family because I feel confident my family and friends would get the most beautiful lashes, from now on I will continue to go to Kaeyla, no doubt about that.
