The number to call is incorrect, goes to some nice poor guy who says he gets calls all the time?

I should have researched more before I bought the Groupon to this place. I bought upper and lower eyeliner. I opted for just the upper though once we started. Karen was my tattooist. She was an hour late starting as she was "fixing crooked eyebrows" that apparently another tattooist had done. She then proceeded to bad mouth the owner and the other tattooist who was a no call no show to work that day. I spend 10 minutes helping her find her phone before we start. Karen had me draw on my eyeliner with my own pencil then she began to color it in. I later learned this is a major no no and why it got an infection after. So she begins tattooing and as she is working says she needs a new needle as the one she has is too small. She bails for 20 minutes looking for a new needle as my eye swells shut. She finds it but can't get it loaded and the gun working right. So we are back to the original too small needle. All the while this shit hurts and my eye is swollen so I can't see anything. One eye in I want to leave but know I can't with one eye done and the other not.... I am an idiot and should have just left. For aftercare she gave me an old tube of A&D ointment not cool. End result is the lines are a mess, no way am I going back for them try and fix it. And I have these white bumps that appeared and needed to be treated by a dermatologist. And the black has faded to a smudge grey look. Stay away from this place. read more

My experience at Paradise Permanent Makeup! I had my permanent make up for my entire face eyebrows, eyeliner and lips! All I can say, I felt 5 yrs younger in one day! When you bring more natural pigment back in your face, its amazing to go back in time and wake up feeling soft again!! Leah in my opinion is a Picasso in her field! I have had Permanent make up at least 5 other times and nobody has ever come close to perfecting my look as she has!!! I am a 100% satisfied and completely happy. Feel free to look at my photos. Worst mistake of my entire life AVOID !! They have literally RUINED MY LIFE IN EVERY WAY ! DISFIGURED MY FACE I was left with one eyebrow for three days that is completely crooked being above and below my brow the arch is completely in wrong place. I paid for 3D brows there is nothing 3D about it they look like jail house tattoos. Went and tried to get fixed was hung up on and I went down there and another women Daniele said she could fix but didn't all she did was put another brow on but it's totally different and I have lost feeling in that side of my face I cry everyday and am totally miserable they didn't even refund my money I called a lawyer to sue them and guess what THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE SUING THEM WOULD DO NOTHING oh did I mention I work on camera w a HD camera in my face all day completely ruined my job as well I'll be sure to just stand outside this place with no makeup so people coming to get work can see what is in store and hopefully save some one from the anguish that has RUINED MY LIFE COMPLETELY!! If I could give negative 5 billion stars I would. I do be myself for not researching before I had the procedure. I went in and an old man greeted me and said the technician is setting up. I didnt remember to make sure it was set up in front of me to make sure the needle was clean. I went into the room and she told me to lay down. I then said aren't you going to measure and stencils? She said she didn't have a pen. I should have ran right there. So she started tattooing and then I hear a bunch of commotion outside the room. Some lady barges in and says she's fighting for workers rights lining over me with snot dripping on to me babbling on. I couldn't understand a word she said. Both girls seemed to be on drugs. Needless to say the first technician messed my eyebrows up. Her machine didn't even work right. It kept shutting off during the process. The other lady who was causing all the commotion came in and said she can fix me. So she used skin tones and green soap which I learned is toxic mixed together and tattooed it into my brows. Now I look like a werewolf and in so much pain I have to take a week off of work because I am in the medical field and need to be able to see what I am doing. They spent a total of 6 hours on me. Should have been one hour. I should have walked out. Do not go to this place. After leaving I did my research and realized only one person has there license there and the owner had his taken away in a lawsuit. read more

WARNING! RUN AWAY! THIS PLACE IS UNDER A LAWSUIT!... THEY HAVE BLINDED SOMEONE AND HAVE CAUSED MYSELF AND OTHERS HARM. The woman who worked on my eyebrows was on some type of drug that made her fall asleep with a needle to my face during the procedure. Of course I had no idea that she was under some type of drug until it was too late. She caused unnecessary pain by opening my skin without anesthetic twice. I was scared to death and should have ran out at the moment I looked up to see why she would stop and shake every so often, but I froze. I asked her if she was okay and kept talking to her to keep her awake until I was done with the horrible experience. The owner gave a racist excuse for his workers negligence and offered to pour some homemade looking chemical on my brows in 4 wks saying it will remove it. I was furthermore terrified when I saw the bottle didn't have any ingredients, instructions, nor warnings listed but a sticker saying tattoo remover. I now have to pay for laser tattoo removal, loose the hair on my brows and will still be scarred from her harsh and heavy hand. I ended up with two completely different misshapen brows, picket fence lines and after weeks of healing and crying, I'm looking at a year or more to remove the ink. read more

Karen is the BEST!!!! I was so scared to get my eyebrows tattooed on as I'm super picky about my eyebrows and the shape length etc. but she made me feel very comfortable and did AMAZING work!!! I was there 2 days ago and Danielle did my upper and lower liner and I could not be happier with the results. The results came out exactly what I wanted and she took her time and was very great as far as making me as comfortable as possible. I was explained the procedure and the aftercare in detail to make sure that I understood what was going on and what to expect after. I have had many tattoos in the past but this was the first time I was getting anything done to my face so I was nervous and appreciated the detailed explanation. Needed medical assistance after receiving eyeliner from their technician Sherice. Would sooner recommend using a ballpoint pen and piano wire to tattoo yourself at home before going to this establishment. Near the end of the procedure she actually wiped her nose with her hand and then rubbed a tissue in my eye without washing or even changing her glove. This woman has no business working on someone's face. read more

I had a real problem with Danielle's end result. She did my lips and brow. In both instances she went outside the lines and tried to cover the mistake with fleshtone. I now look like I have milk stains around my mouth and my brow is just all wrong. read more

Danielle did am amazing job on my brows. Not only is she very sweet, she is also great at her job. I am forever grateful. I researched this place before purchasing a groupon. They had amazing reviews so I decided to trust them with my brows. Having great brows are essential to framing your face. I was initially shocked and hated my brows but once they healed, I quickly fell in love. I have received nothing but compliments on how great they look. I even went back for a touch up. I had my eyebrows done by Cherie. She was cool and made me feel comfortable. Me fighting breast cancer and losing hair was a blessing from Paradise Permanent Makeup to get free eye brows done. Cherie did a wonderful job and did the brows how I normally draw them on. My first day getting ready to go back to work I realized I didn't need a pencil as usual. No Stars would be better for this place. It's dirty. Hasn't seen a paint brush or any type of updating in many years. I was very unhappy with the quality of service & cleanliness of the facility. If you are a former client of Mary Arnold do not believe that her clients are being referred to this place it is not true. Mary Arnold was top of the line, her facility was state of the art. This facility hasn't seen an upgrade of equipment or training for many years. I purchased a Groupon, worst decision I ever made. I am usually very happy with my Groupon purchases, not this time. RUN don't walk away from this place. I had an appt . w/ Karen it wasn't listed in her book, so she palmed me off on someone who appeared to be new. In the middle of getting my eyebrows done, she was gone for over 20 minutes on some personal call. She returned upset. Needless to say my 3D eyebrows were awful. I look like Cruella Deville. Now I have to spend additional money to get them fixed by someone who was actually trained by Mary Arnold. BEWARE!!!!! Just the location alone should raise a big red flag! I bought a Groupon for this place as sort of a Christmas gift to myself. I called a day ahead to schedule an appointment to have my eybrows done. The man who answered the phone was very rude and quite dismissive however he managed to get over himsef and pencil me in for a 2pm appt. the next day. I arrive the next day at a quarter to and my name is not even on the schedule(red flag #2). The old scary looking dragon lady behind the reception area then tells me to have a seat as she disappears to the back. Another lady comes and asks me if I needed help to which I replied, "I was just told to have a seat" then she asks what it is I was having done and I told her my eyebrows. She then tells me that someone will be right with me. About 10 min. go by when a short haired blonde lady named Lia comes and gets me and takes me to dark and dingy, less than appealing looking room. She walks out of the room and I sit there waiting for another 15 min. When she finally comes in she gets started pretty much right away then halfway through my first brow the worst thing ever happens..she catches a cramp in her wrist and stops then continues to tell me she has Carpal Tunnel(red flag#3) all the while she has this painful look in her eyes and is massaging her wrist, moaning and groaning then walks out of the room for another 15-20 min. By now i'm praying i'm not going to end up looking like Groucho Marx! She comes back in and while finishing my brows tells me that she needs to have surgery on her wrist but doesn't want to because she doesn't want to take six weeks off of work and i'm thinking 'lady you'll probably get fired for screwing up someones makeup because you refuse to get the surgery'! Anyway after she was done she gave me a dirty mirror to look at my eyebrows with and told me how perfect and beautiful they were and that I would love them and that usually its a two step process but a lot of her clients dont bother coming back a second time because she does it so well the first time(rolling my eyes) and again i'm thinking 'they're probably afraid to'! So I bought a Groupon for Paradise and a couple reviews recommended Karen. I made an appointment with her to have upper and lower eyeliner done. Other than a few unprofessional interruptions, Karen took her time and tried to be careful. When she was done everything seemed to look ok but now two days later all the black 'tattoo' flaked off and now I look pretty much the same as before I went in! After reading more horrible reviews on top of my failed experience I definitely would NOT recommend this place at all! read more

one of the biggest mistakes i have ever made in my life was going to this place. i went to paradise permanent makeup to have my eyes done. it was incredibly painful. when i told the instructor , who was working on me, she complained that she was running out of the numbing stuff that she used , and she wouldn't be able to have enough for her patients the next day. she finished my left eye and went on to my right eye. while she was working on it, she said something like, oops i got ink in your eye, and laughed and said, i dont know why i always do that. . on the way home when the numbing stuff that she used started wearing off... my left eye started really hurting... when i got home the pain was increasinly getting worse so i looked in the mirror at my eye and the intease pain was radiating out of this glob of ink that was in my eye.... the pain got so bad that i couldnt use it and my vision was blurry, i called the school and ask walter if i should do anything about the ink in my eye and he said that my natural tears would take care of it. the pain was so intense that i couldnt use either eye because using my left eye would make my right eye move, opening it was unbelievably painful and tears would run out of it. my son took me to the emergency room, where they gave me painkillers, that didnt even take the edge off the pain and the er told me to make an emergency apointment with an opthamologist the next day. i dont really know for sure what happened to my eye.. as it was numb when she was working on it.. the doctor said the next day maybe the chemicals she was using caused my corneal abrasion. it was bad.. my vision was blurry, and he monitored my eye for a week, and the discussion of having to wear a contact for the rest of my life was there. the thing is... that she got her numbing stuff in both of my eyes, i know.. because i felt a little burn from it in both eyes. so why wasnt both of my eyes affected. the intense pain came from where the ink was, so my personal opinion is that she slipped with her tatoo machine and got my eye.. this is an instuctor who teaches students. there was no remorse, just a giggle and a i dont know why i always do that... when i called walter, to tell him what happened.. he said i should of called him... cause he has a relative that was a eye doctor. later in another conversation,.. he got offensive and was saying that i just wanted a trip to hawaii with my son, and to leave my husband home... creepy .... i honestly dont know how they have managed to stay in business for 34 years. every one that i have talked to after this was extremly rude. i feel like they think that it is ok to hurt people. my er visit alone with insurance was over 1600 hundred dollars... i havent even got my opthamologist bill yet, but so far i have spent 90 for his visits.... .. to make matters worse one of my eyes looked bigger that the other. when i called around to fix this i had a very important question ....who trained you.... but i was so afraid, i couldnt go to anyone in las vegas to fix my eyes. ..if you are a person looking to get permanent makeup, my advise to you is... do not got there, and make sure that the person that is doing your makeup was not trained at that butcher shop. the good news is that when i was in utah my aunt took me to the cameo school. what a difference a good place can make. they care about the people that they work on, when they worked on my eyes to fix what the butchers did.. i hardly felt it. such a big difference. if you want to learn how to do permanent make up,, where your client will recomend you.. and want to come back to see you, this is where you should go to school. i am so sorry for the students that are getting ripped off at paradise permanent eye makeup.. they are being taught to be butchers. and paying alot for it. i feel sorry for them, they should demand a refund and go some where else. read more
