The details were slacked and coming with Ann was the complete opposite. Her work is Very detailed and clean and nice. She does amazing French on toes. Not halfing it. So good. My daughter went to Kayla and got a full set and it was soooo cute and detailed. My daughter is a young girl and she was so patient with her and my daughter loved her nails! $63 for acrylic full set Lady was sweet and polite but quality was subpar. I asked for narrow almond shape and I got a fat square uneven shape. She kept pressing my skin corners down which is not pleasant and didn't help with anything. She didn't clean the nails or cuticles at the end... also they say they use single new clean files every time but that was not the case. At least not for me, it looked already used. The salon overall seemed clean and elegant, though. Owner was polite but even after I told her that it wasn't what I wanted and it wasn't good quality, she charged me and said come back for 10% off. A couple months ago did a walk-in service and had Vy as my nail technician. She provided great customer service and was very detailed with her work. My gel manicure and pedicure didn't have any chips or issues. Was very satisfied with her work that I made an appointment for my next visit. I usually don't make appointments with anyone but really enjoyed my time with her and the quality of work she provides. I've been coming here for about 5 years, so writing this honestly makes me really sad because this used to be my go-to salon. Unfortunately, my last set was really disappointing. I was charged for "extra long" acrylics even though the nails were not extra long at all -- even with the growth I wouldn't say they're extra long. More importantly, two acrylics completely popped off after only two weeks. They didn't even break or crack; they fully came off with almost no resistance, which makes me feel like the prep/adhesion wasn't done properly. (You can see my nails under don't even really have any damage.) I've had acrylics for years and know normal wear and tear happens, but losing multiple nails this quickly after paying higher pricing was frustrating, especially from a salon I've been loyal to for so long. The shape and color were still pretty, and I don't want to discredit that, but the durability and pricing just didn't match the quality this time around. I genuinely hope this was just an off experience because I used to love coming here, but I unfortunately won't be coming back. read more

The upcharges are insane- $170 for a basic gel mani pedi, with $30 upcharge for using a matte top coat instead of a glossy top coat. Either top coat takes the same amount of time and both products cost the same. She was just finding whatever she could to up the price. There is only one reason to offer a replacement guarantee on the work you do; because they need it to keep their reviews up. Left cut and hurting from the pedicures. When we went back for help nails, they started popping off an hour later. The sizing was too large for my fingers. Nails are not supposed to touch the skin yet these nails went over the nail beds and missed the nails complained. I get my nails done frequently enough to know when someone is not doing the work properly. Waited a few hours and went back to have a brand new set put on based on their guarantee with a different tech. Now only a week later are already lifting. Won't be going back. I will give them a better review than I'd like because I did not receive any hassle getting the new set. read more
