I…read morepurchased a Groupon for Black Friday and idk what my expectations were but they offered unique styles of lash extensions including ANIME style!! Whaaaaat?!?! That's what sold me to buy a Groupon- I've never had luck with Groupon lash extensions. This was an actual business, not a person renting a room. It's located on Sahara/Fort Apache right next to Buldogi's (which has pretty bomb food btw). I walked in about 5 min before my appt and there was a lash tech working on a client. After a minute, Elizabeth came out from the back and greeted me and provided me with a consent form to read over and sign. I then sat in a comfortable reclining chair, which I prefer over laying on a massage table. We discussed the lash style I wanted and chatted a bit and then I prob knocked out at some point. My appt was at 11am and I was done with a full set of anime lashes by 1218pm. Thank god. One of my least favorite things about getting lashes is how long it takes. Elizabeth was fast and my lashes were so dope! I thought they were going to be more like one row of classics with spikes... no, these were full, thick lashes. My New Year's resolution is to not buy anymore clothes- instead I'll just be coming here for lashes. Def will be back. For germaphobes, the techs wear a mask so there will no breath will be in your face.

They either have a ton of availability or magically completely booked for the rest of the month. Odd huh? Anyhow, my first visit. I had an appointment with Heather Lee. I got a random text from one of their service to remind me of my appointment. No actual person messaged me. It's confusing who is the person running this place. I didn't even get a name. I walked into the place, with some guy sitting at the front just looked at me walked in and asked if I have an appointment. Not welcoming at all. It wasn't busy, no one was working. Next time try the simple, "Hello, How can we help you today?" I just sat down and waited 5-10 minutes until Heather came out to help me. I liked Heather's personality, she's nice and friendly. It looks as she just works for this place and has no say in anything. I was concern on getting my lashes done and asked a lot of questions. I FOLLOWED ALL THE INSTRUCTION BY THE WAY. You'll see why I'm saying this in a little bit. I was told by Heather Lee, that if I want more lashes, I'll have to pay more, the Groupon deal doesn't cover thick lashes... So she only put a thin layer on. I'm a back sleeper, the next morning I woke up over 12 lashes from my right eye fell out. This can not be normal. Over the 3-4 days more kept falling out. On the 5th day, I reached out to them telling them it's not normal that only my right eye was completely gone. I got an appointment exactly a week after I had them done the first time. I told them, this isn't acceptable that many fell out within a couple days. Someone texted me accusing me of getting them wet while showering. Ummm... they have my shower schedule now? I didn't wash my hair in a week. I sent them a photo, so then they told me Heather has an opening in two days. I said ok, I'll take it. I came in exactly a week later. The weird, awkward silent of the place is still there. There was a lady working on a customer at the time. She just looked at me and didn't say or asked me anything. I just sat down and waited until Heather was done with her current customer to grab me. Really, how do you run a business and not know common curiosity of acknowledging customers coming in? It just blows my mind. If I remembered correctly Heather said it's the owner.... Go figure why so much drama. Anyways, Heather looked at her schedule and said wow, I should have called earlier when it happened. I said well I called within 4-5 days and got the earliest appointment. I have a busy life can't just deal with something like this that takes hours, I would have time to make it in anyways. This time my lashes were better, she actually put a lot more lashes than the first time around. I actually liked them this time and not many has fallen out. Now trying to schedule my refill.... I reached out to them, May 5th, 2017, yesterday. All of a sudden the new management changed the day before.... and I'm not honored my fill I paid for. They offered me $50 from $65 for a fill. Wait a second, Heather Lee told me, there's a special for fills all summer long for $50. What exactly are they really trying to make it right? Overall I think this place is sketchy and a scam. Don't do any deals they offer, they will redeemed the offer and change "owner|management" on you so you'll lose your money. I didn't get to use my other half of my Groupon that I paid for. They refused to let me go get my refill and said they're not liable for the other half of the Groupon because it wasn't them. The same email and number responded to me. I'm not even mad about it, it's just so crazy how it went soooo south. LOL Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.

Last time being in Japan where they take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail. I was scared to do it because of a bad experience I had in San Antonio a couple years ago but saw great reviews for this place on Yelp and figured I'd give them a try. Well, I'm glad I did. They did an amazing job! The technician was gentle, meticulous, friendly and simply did a great job. I don't even feel like I have extensions on, which is great! You shouldn't feel them, they should feel natural and they do. My fiancé loves them and says they look glamorous. They don't bother my eyes and contacts. They're light and look so real. You can't tell where my lashes end and theirs begin. I love them! Makes it so easy to wake up in the morning and look bright eyed and ready to go! I wish they were permanent but oh well. I'll just have to go back for refills which is cheaper than the initial session because they just fill in the gaps as your natural lashes fall out. Definitely would recommend this place. The groupon gets you natural lash extensions in either short or medium. Take it from me, medium is long enough. Oh and I loved that they sent me home with an instruction sheet for post care. Very helpful.

Safa is the best threader I have ever been to!…read more I have been to many threaders over the last 10 years and she is the absolute best I have seen! She paid a lot of attention to making sure my brows looked the best they could. I have less dense eyebrow hairs but thicker brows surface area wise, so when I ask for a natural look and "cleaned up" it typically ends up thin, but she made sure that every step of the way I felt comfortable with the shape and thickness. I had never let anyone touch my brows and I didn't even tweeze them myself. I've heard and seen horror stories of messing up your brows. Cristie is a magician! She knows how to shape your brows, lets you know what she's doing and makes sure you are happy before you leave her chair. She also offers jelly masks, which are great if you haven't gotten one before. On top of being AMAZING at what she does, she is the sweetest person. She genuinely cares about how you're doing and remembers details that show she's listening. I couldn't recommend her services enough to everyone I know!
