Superb service and very caring people. They guided my family through my Mother's vascular dementia journey to the end of her life. The level of expertise was phenomenal and they were respected by all the medical professionals we encountered. Yes, you pay for this high level of care, but it was always clearly explained by staff. You get more than what you paid for! It was clearly explained to us they are not a bargain brokerage, hiring day staff at just over minimum wage. They employ professionally credentialed healthcare workers, who caught mistakes made by overworked doctors caring for my Mother. They also monitored my health, although I didn't realize it until after Mother had passed. The best way to resolve the wide diversity of opinions in these reviews, is to carefully interview Boutique Care Management and ask lots of questions. Talk to medical professionals in the geriatric care industry. Visit care facilities and ask their opinion. Talk to those who have used their services. Don't take just my opinion or that of a professionally written negative review. We all have some sort of "bias" and it colors our experiences. No one who has cared for a loved one in distress is unbiased. It is a difficult and extremely stressful experience. I wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Boutique Care Management for the amazing care they provided to a friend I helped arrange care for. Bob took a bad fall, and lost most of his independence in a split second. After the fall his decision making abilities were compromised. We were overwhelmed with planning his return home, the amount of care he would need, and what to do if he was injured again (he had many falls back to back). Every person we spoke with had a different opinion on how to help Bob, but the whole time we got the frantic calls, and had to wade through tons of new opinions and advice. After Bob's 4th fall in the hospital, we took the advice of one of the social workers, and looked for the help of a nurse case manager. This was a game changer! The nurses at Boutique Care Management are the most kind, patient people I have met. They listened to all our fears and frustrations, and offered practical solutions to meet Bob's needs. Any time there was a medical issue the team was right there. I loved that they were beside us as Bob moved from the hospital to home then finally on hospice. Because they were Bob's advocates they were able to implement his wishes no matter who the provider was. The ladies took calls any time, and organized medical services, home care providers, and care plans. We felt confident Bob would receive care based 100% on HIS wishes. Thank you!!! read more

BEWARE Seniors & families .....Be careful engaging in services this company offers. Make sure you get full disclosure (in writing) upfront on all their charges plus keep a very tight rein on how they freely go about charging you. Be careful that those in your family are not left to be confused and juggled around by "nice" talking individuals. My father (85) was put in contact by a convalescent hospital with BCM for assistance with mom (82) who had entered severe stage of dementia. He could no longer be her primary caretaker and was exhausted, confused and not experienced on how to precede which is the perfect scenario for a facilitator such as BCM to take advantage of their situation. Some of the issues: * No attempt to contact immediate family once they'd accessed the situation and started implementing their services. My father was not competent enough (also starting to show signs of dementia) to understand and was in total confusion with what BCM was doing and all the strange people BCM had freely coming through their home. * BCM DID NOT provided monthly service invoices of charges to my father however they retained his credit card info and charged his card large amounts every month. We had to request copies of these "so-called" invoices dating back over four months to finally see exactly what these people were charging. They attempted to charge us for requesting these copies as well as the phone call I made for the request. * We found excessive charging of time spent on various issues (ie, padding of time spent on tasks). * Conducting frivolous meetings and charging for them. * BCM brought into the home independent contracted company/ individuals who were NOT experienced nor capable of handling appropriately an individual with severe dementia. * BCM overstepped their authority with contacting family CPA for private tax information. Our CPA reported an inappropriate demand of private information which he refused to issue to them. * BCM NEVER attempted to contact myself once they assessed my father/mothers situation. It should have been obvious that not only had my mothers dementia reached critical status but my father was also in stages of dementia himself. Instead BCM determined to manipulate the situation. My phone number was listed all over my parents house & never once was I notified of their presence. Thankfully I was able to intervene in the situation in time and terminate BCM's involvement before they had totally exhausted/depleted my parent's finances. We had to stop BCM's ability to utilize my father's credit card at their discretion. If you or anyone in your family does use BCM's services.....watch BCM cautiously; question them thoroughly & compare BCM to other care advocacy's before you contract with BCM service. Finally,.....do not fall for reviews given by those who are affiliated or contracted thru BCM for their business. These type of reviews will be bias. read more
