Upon first meet Ana was kind, professional, sweet and full of knowledge about the (ALW) Assisted Living Waiver program and about the staff, the entire aspects of the Gardens. My mom had worked there for about 35 years and they welcomed her back as a resident with open arms. Ana always was there to answer questions quick to respond on emails and calls. He has been living in the San Diego area for more than 50 years and although he has many friends, (who look in on him regularly), he has no relatives nearby. It is for that reason, that both myself and another sibling, we are dependent completely on the care and care givers at Grossmont Gardens. We could not be more pleased. Their communication, kindness and concern has given us a sense of relief. We are all very appreciative of the genuine warmth given to our brother.
