Let me start off by saying I used to like this place. I probably have spent close to $800 here over the last 2 years. Then I bought a "vintage" shirt from their Grandps collection. What a mistake that was. Got the long sleeve shirt and washed it with some of my other laundry to make sure it was covid safe- whatever. Then I take my clothes out of the dryer and 3 of my favorite WHITE shirts are completely blue/ grey and my limited edition $129 sweatpants were changed to an awful patchy grey color. I DM'd on IG and the owner offers me a STORE CREDIT to return the long sleeve??? It was your negligence of not WARNING customers that washing their "vintage" tie dye shirt was going to wreck all your other clothes if washed together. First of all- this isn't even real vintage. If it was, no one should have even had to think twice about the dye messing up my other clothes. And secondly, to offer just an in-store credit by returning the item is BS. It was an overpriced too anyways, I will not be supporting this business anymore. read more

This is one of my favorite boutiques in Sonoma county. This little spot opened up a about 2 years and I go every so often to get some cute dresses for an event. The prices sometimes run a little steep but they are super cute and I always get compliments. I love their location but parking can be tasking. Sometimes I find myself driving in circles just to find a spot. Inside it's very chic and they recently have more items in store and have exclusive online items. Customer service was outstanding they take really go care of you and if your looking for something in particular they will help you find it! Or really close options. read more

I was pretty disappointed when I went in the store the other day. It's clearly a rip off of Ooh La Loft. Pretty much all the same stuff that they have. She claims to have cheaper prices and a bigger size clothes which is why it's "different ". However her prices are pretty much the same, maybe $5 or $10 less and the sizes are also the same as Ooh La Loft. So pretty much the owners of Ooh La Loft put in years and years of hard work and dedication to their business and how to run it, and this girl just stole their idea and went off on her own. It is just really sad and unfortunate but Karma will run its course I suppose. I will continue to shop at Ooh La Loft and not bow 'n' arrow, someone that tried to steal all of Ooh La Loft's ideas. read more

Bow N Arrow is a cute boutique however, a few months back I purchased a maxi dress for my maternity shoot. No problem with the dress, it was cute and exactly what I wanted. Problem is, I found the same exact dress on the FashionNova website for $35!!! I paid $60 for a maxi dress at Bow N Arrow that I could have gotten at FashionNova for half of that! The point of a boutique is that you find clothing that's unique. Doubling the price does not make a piece of clothing unique.. never shopping there again! read more

I think this boutique is super cute however, I was disappointed and frustrated when I recently tried to return something that I had purchased. I bought a bodysuit a few weeks ago and when I went to wear it for the first time the clasp in the front was broken (and not fixable). The tags were still attached because I had never worn it before. I called to ask if I could bring it back for store credit and I was told "no" because I didn't have a receipt and no proof of purchase. I was told that I could bring it back and would be reimbursed 20% of the items original cost. What am I supposed to do with a bodysuit that I cannot wear? I understand it's a small local business, but I would have liked to see them try a little harder to please their customers. I too work for a small, family owned boutique and we would have exchanged it no problem, because the customers satisfaction is our top priority. When I entered into the shop I was very warmly greeted, but when I began to browse I became quickly disappointed. The selection was really generic and the sizes seemed to be inconsistent.
