What a coincident! This owner who claims to be able to provide true facts had absolutely no initial involvement in this incident nor contact with our dogs. I'm not sure how he can comment on what happened as his staff claimed to know nothing. Where are these facts coming from. Please do not trust this place or their practices. They show little concern for the animals well being and hide behind contracts. I will continue to spread the word about them from afar so I may possibly keep another dog from going through this trauma.

Really? I gave her 20! Well worth it and I can be with my dog to make sure he is clean to my specifications. I will be back monthly. The staff is all caring and understanding from the front counter staff, to the techs to the vets. Our dog does not like being confined or feet touched but the staff was able to cut our dogs nails and look at her torn dewclaw without issue. I could not speak higher of this office. They are able to get you in usually the same day if needed. They have provided exceptional care to our dog since switching to them.

When I went back for the checkup, again I was overcharged and was prescribed the same medication that wasn't effective the first time. I had to take my dog to an animal clinic to get the ear infection cleared up, spending a total of over $1300. I have since changed Vets, and was charged less than $100 for a new visit with two vaccines. My advice is, make good choices and ask questions, even if you trusted them in the past.

Now she has opened her own business and we could not be happier. Robyn really loves animals and is the most patient and thorough groomer you can imagine. Our dog is part Chow so he is very fluffy and has a Chow's temperament. This means he is very difficult to groom and he does not let just anyone even touch him, but he loves Robyn. We once tried to take him somewhere else and they were unable to finish grooming him. Robyn only does one dog at a time so there is less stress for the animal and it takes much less time to complete. She also does not use cages. While our dog dries she plays with him and bonds with him. You will not get this kind of service elsewhere and for such a bargain of a price. I cannot recommend Lucky Pooch Grooming enough.
