When a staff member came outside, she immediately began yelling directions across the parking lot in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. Ironically, we were then directed to park in an area marked "Authorized Parking Only," which made the situation even more confusing. Better signs or parking instructions would have prevented the entire misunderstanding. Once the veterinary technician came to our car, her attitude was noticeably more pleasant, and that interaction was much better. However, the initial experience left a poor first impression. I hope the clinic considers improving its signage and the way staff communicate with arriving clients, as it would make for a much more welcoming experience.
