I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. I want to be very clear on that. I'm sad I won't be seeing him again due to other people employed there. My insurance company tried to get in touch for two weeks regarding a claim, and left many voicemails. They were never returned, so my insurance company asked me if I could follow up. I called and sent a message through their patient portal. I did talk to a person who I think was a PA or something. He answered nothing, didn't get my patient info, and I was put on hold for 20 mins, and then was hung up on. I called back and another staff member said this person had gone to see a patient while I was on hold. That's just wrong and disrespectful. I should have been valued as a patient as well. I called back again a few days later and talked to this same person again and he said he would set up a time to talk to them. That did not ever happen. My insurance company ended up denying my claim because they never got the information they needed. It was a good bit of money, and that affected my ability to get ongoing care. It's really unacceptable that a doctor's office affects your health negatively.
