After researching options for programming, I needed to get hooked-up & that's where these guys came in. We had three TVs to convert & knew nothing about it. I imagine we could have struggled through it, got frustrated & eventually get there, but decided to bring in some expertise. It was worth the investment as they programmed the Roku boxes I bought & effortlessly logged us into the programming services I subscribed to. In about an hour all three TVs had everything loaded. I lost one channel I would have preferred to keep, but gained two that weren't available through Armstrong. I calculated saving $75/month on programming, so their reasonable service fee plus the cost for three Roku units will be recouped in three months.

The service tech they sent, Jerry, although a young man in his early 20s, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Luckily, my furnace only needed an adjustment to the gas pressure to place it back in normal operating mode. So my initial fee covered his visit and the adjustment, unlike other vendors I've used in the past where they look for things that they can charge you more or say they're about to break, just to charge you more money for the service.
