They give a 60 day warranty on used appliances and for a reasonable fee will deliver and haul away old appliances. We bought my father a washing machine two years ago from the Appliance King that still works perfectly. My sister and her husband have purchased more than one item over the last 4 years and have no complains. I just replace my refrigerator and have hopes that it will service me for some time to come. There was a time I would not have considered anything but new. However, with our economy in troubled times buying refurbished items is often a necessity. The trick is finding someone reputable. I find Mark Warner the owner of Appliance King to be that needle in a haystack. I trust him and the next time something breaks I'll be right back over there checking out what he's got. The rate for his service calls are reasonable ($55), and unlike other repairmen ... he is honest when it comes to telling you what it will cost to fix a used appliance. You can tell he is a hard-working guy and he even guarantees his work (which is hard to find these days). Redfern's Appliance was a great find.

He serviced the machine and cleaned the motor brushes but he was concerned about the longevity of the motor. A couple of days later, my machine quit again. My HVAC died and it's old, they don't make it anymore. I'm also dealing with a horrible warranty company. When their tech came out, he was personable and very helpful and went a little above and beyond to help me which was impressive. The second time they came out, felt the same way. The situation still wasn't resolved as I was informed by my warranty company I needed a second opinion from a DIFFERENT company. Brad told me he would stick by me and help me out. The day of our third appointment came and Brad was going to come back with a friend of another company. He called 5 min before my appointment and canceled. I asked him to get back to me ASAP to reschedule as I work full time. A week goes by and I don't hear back from anyone even after texting. I finally heard back and was told that I need to go with a different company. There were other odd reasonings as to why they couldn't come out or accommodate me. I was also quoted SUPER high. Disappointed and confused by my experience with first heating, just be wary and use your judgment.

Chris their tech listened to the symptons and jumped right into troubleshooting the issue. Determined the issue informed me that the part needed would'nt be available untill Tuesday morning. The next morning they called first thing and informed me they were on their way. An hour 15 min. later the problem was fixed and running again as it should. I can't stress enough the quality and professionalism that this company truely provides. They even took a loss in cost and charged me less than they quoted.
