Integrity Towing showed up super fast, completed the job super fast, and charged exactly what we were quoted. After discovering that the AAA was not paid and being jerked around by one service and then by another, we called Integrity Towing. On the phone, we assumed that when he said 40cash/45debit that he was going to charge us 85 USD. David said "I am sorry for wasting your time, we only have 70 cash." The man on the phone laughed. "40 cash." He reiterated. Ed showed up in minutes and was true to his word. A few minutes after he arrived, the car was open and the day was saved!

Unfortunately we did not have a camera aimed at my truck but my truck was parked alongside a part of the building where no one pulls through because it is so narrow and we usually park our loaner cars there. There were only 3 vehicles the went through that alley way, 2 of them belong to our dealership and had no damage. The third vehicle was a millers towing flat bed. It made sense that the mark made on my truck was from a flat bed corner. We measured the height of the gas and compared it with another tow truck and it is exactly the same height. They were the only tow company in our lot after lunch and why the driver would go through that tight alley way is beyond me. We jabe him on tape pulling forward then backing up as if he didn't k ow if he'd fit then pulling forward to leave anyway. We reached out to the company who essentially told us to kick rocks they aren't going to pay for any of the damage. If they aren't willing to take responsibility for the damage......what damage are they doing to their customers vehicles and not saying anything about?

All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped.
