Bad experience with this company. Spends more time trying to fix mistakes than get better. Office staff is rude. Drivers (60-70 man) -- made very inappropriate comments and gestures towards people in the lot he was towing. He blocked several cars while they were driving when he could have parked in a much better position. I don't know why I decided to call a company with a 2.8 star rating. I would just save your time and call someone else. read more

worst towing company ever. they will ruin your vehicle and try to blame you for it. they do not know how to tow an awd vehicle

Terrible! They damaged my mom's landscape timbers that line her driveway while they were picking up a neighbor's car to tow. When she called originally to tell them that they damaged the timbers and that it was on tape, she was told they would look into it. They never got back to her. She has called several times since and the lady (I think it's one of the owners) just says I don't know anything about this and hangs up on her then sends every call from that number to voice mail. They should fix what they damaged! Don't use this service!!!! Very disappointing that a small business would treat people this way! read more

Terrible is the only word I can describe this company. They damaged my property and do not want to take responsibility. I have a witness to her doing the damage and she just drove away. Tried to resolve with the company and they just keep blowing it off. Sad I have to move on to the next step. read more

Also disappointed in this towing company. They repossessed a car from my 91 year old dad's home who is recovering from hip surgery and has dementia. The aid's car was repossessed leaving drag marks through 40 foot driveway, leaving gravel in the street and tire marks all the way down to the next street. It was traumatizing for my mom who is the main caregiver. I called the company and they were very unsympathetic and kept denying there was any problem; "It's just gravel." I understand that, but for an elderly couple it is much more than just gravel. Raking out the driveway, sweeping the gravel out of the street, and now having drag marks of rubber down the street is a bigger deal to an elderly couple who take pride in keeping the yard looking nice. They will need someone to clean up the mess that this repossessing towing company has left behind. Had they shown some compassion or taken some responsibility this situation could have been more appealing. read more

Used Mike's today and will NEVER use anyone BUT him!! I called him and 30 mins later, my daughters car was being towed at a super reasonable rate. He did what he was going to do, when he was going to do it , for a super low fee. I had called another service, 1 and a half hours later, no call back from them. After i called thwm again, they called back and told me it was going to be 2 more hours and $160 for a 20 min round trip tow. Mike had it all done in less time than it took the other company to NOT call me back. Mike, you are THE BEST!! Thank you for your beyond superior service today.
