The nurses at the front desk are super helpful, and when you make your appointment they email you the paperwork, which is nice. They have the standing full-head X-rays, which are really nice! But they can also do the regular ones. If you have a difficult procedure they can offer gas, or needle. I needed a HUGE deep clean! In what I normally consider a horrible, painful, traumatic experience Dr. Lee made sure I felt NOTHING! They also blow soft air across your forehead and cheek during stressful procedures, to help soothe and relax you... a little weird, but it REALLY works! Just wait, you will love it too! I have had my teeth cleaned semi-regularly for almost 50 years, and have had tons of dentists. Dr. Lee is by far the softest, most gentle person I have ever encountered! Even after SUPER DEEP cleaning, I wasn't even sore the next day... I didn't even feel the numbing or anesthesia he put in me! This guy is the most undervalued dentist in Texas, I promise you!!! I spend my days drinking several mugs of hot black tea, and I've grown accustomed to having tea stains. My past dentists would always make a big fuss about it and try to convince me to just drink hot water or try some other solution. Other times I would walk away with only a 50% reduction in the amount of stains. This time the hygienist said it was "no big deal ", and she removed every single stain in what seems to be the same time I usually spend in the chair.
