There are many other wonderful florists out there that will gladly pick up the phone until closing time and sometimes after.

When it came to my bouquet, it was nothing like what I was supposed to get. When the flowers were delivered the day of the wedding, I said whose is this and Rick said yours. I said it looked nothing like what it was supposed to and he said yes, I have the picture. I said no it doesn't and before I knew it he was gone. Disappeared from the building. I know there was nothing that could have been done at that point but he could have apologized instead of disappearing like a coward.
