We decided to visit Bowlero for a family night of bowling. Upon entering, we got in line to check-in. We gave a card for our tab, received our shoes and were told which lane we were assigned. A card was also required for our food and drinks order. We ordered Passion Fruit Lemonades and the Alley Sampler. The sampler tray consisted of French Fries, Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Pretzel Pins and Cheesy Dippers. Sauces accompanied the sampler. The sampler was perfect for sharing. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Tenders and Cheesy Dippers. The tenders were crispy and fried golden brown. The Cheesy Dippers were perfect when dipped in the Marinara Sauce. The Passion Fruit Lemonade was refreshing and delicious. Jack Jack was amazing! After we paid for our food, he quickly got us situated and assisted us with settling our bowling tab. He was personable and friendly. This was our second visit at this location. It more than likely won't be the last. read more

Arrived for work fun day with coworkers. Tons of lanes available which filled up quickly as time went by. There was another group celebrating a kids bday - which I noticed the group brought their pre purchased Publix cake. Our group had everything catered which included wings , pizza, fries , cookies and drinks. The best part was the cookies for me however it is bowling alley food so I don't expect much. Service was good for our crowed of 20ish people . Would I return back no because I prefer a more updated atmosphere but again customer service was great. read more

This is a great place to bowl. Reasonably priced. Plenty of seating. They offer some food options and also have a bar. Expect to wait about 30 min on the weekends to get a lane, if you don't have a reservation. If you go during the week, you should get one right away. The kids had chicken tenders and fries and liked them. They also had fresh, warm cookies, which were delicious. The staff is very helpful and the blond lady, who I believe is one of the managers, was great both times we went. We will be back. read more

How about stop lying to it's customers. When your given one price by a manager yet then when you're about to check out, its a whole other price higher than what was originally said. When you get drinks they're Pre-mixed and not even their "bartender" or server know what's in the pre-mix. Also if you ask for a shot of vodka, you might as well bring your own because the shots are watered down. Everyone knows liquor coats a glass not bead on it like water. As a bartender for years I know how liquor coats. They tried to refuse to look you square in the eye and tell you the truth. Always a fun time! Staff is great and they have unlimited bowling for $17 on Sunday's which includes your shoe rental. Highly recommend their pizza as well. Make sure to ask about there other bowling specials on Monday's through Saturday's. They also offer a Military discount. read more

Had a great time bowling! All the lanes were electronically activated. It was easy to input the player names and the requirements for each person. There was sufficient availability of lanes, balls, and shoes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It did seem a little pricey and not as clean as it could be, there were pieces of chewed gum on the floors (had to watch where we walked), but otherwise a wonderful time! read more

Great for kids birthday parties! My son had his birthday there and it went well! They set up a table with a personalized sign and cute decorations. The only issue we had were dirty bathrooms and that only 1 of 3 worked but other than that issue it was great! We chose pizza and juice and the kids all got shoes, pizza and arcade credits. Went here for 1st time with friends. It's nice to bowl a good variety of ball weights. Think only thing wasn't the cleanest. There are lots of water spots on the ceiling and holes. They need more chairs at each lane. But it was fun! read more

First visit here and while it wasn't impressive, it also wasn't bad. It's your standard bowling alley. I haven't bowled in years but to me the prices were high. It cost me $24 for two games for two people and shoe rental. Again, I haven't bowled in a while so perhaps these are the minimal rates these days. Leslie did a great job helping my wife get the party planned, Rich (assume he's the manager) was very friendly, and checked in frequently, and last but certainly not least Jordan our party host was on top of everything. This is a scam of a bowling alley. First of all, they charged me $137 to reserve a lane on a Thursday night for two people, for two hours; THAT ALONE should have been a dealbreaker, but I persisted because hey, I figured it must be a really good bowling alley. The website makes it look like it has a ton of lights, atmosphere, and just a really good time. Nope. Not really. I arrived five minutes early before 7pm. It is a COMPLETELY ORDINARY VINTAGE BOWLING ALLEY. There are no fancy lights, there is no banging music. People at the front desk are very nice (The ONE good thing about this place) and got us set up fine. Well, desync in the system messed up our score basically three out of every five turns, throughout the entire night. So keeping score was impossible. Second it kept glitching and passing the turn even when mine was not finished and telling my friend to hit the three pins I missed for his first scored shot. Third, thirty minutes into my game the system bugged AGAIN and cut an hour off my time. I went to the desk and told them there was a glitch and I lost half of my lane time for no reason. They said it was because I arrived early and that the time was adjusted around that, but that's bullshit because I explicitly remember arriving FIVE minutes early and the system just threw out half my playing time. They added thirty minutes to "fix it" and at that point, I wasn't gonna argue because I'd just accepted this is a terrible bowling alley. Then I ordered pizza; overpriced, and completely mediocre. It was neither good nor bad. After a night of competitively-unplayable, glitched to hell bowling it finally said my time was up and I ultimately lost a quarter of the time I paid for, for no reason. I managed to have SOME fun with my friend, $180-something later laughing at how terrible it all was. Avoid this corporate racketeering dump. My local alley charges like $6/person for UNLIMITED BOWLING throughout the Evening. Trust me if you take bowling seriously then you don't want to go here anyway. I don't know who the hell this place is for; rich people with zero standards is my wildest guess. Bring a scorecard and pencil because you'll be keeping score yourself if you want to have any normal competitive game. Also bring some tissues to comfort yourself on the drive home; reflecting on how you just blew Walter White loads of cash away on something that should have been $12 for your entire party at this quality level, maximum. read more

First time going bowling and it was a date, we weren't clear how the charges were so I began to ask the man behind counter and he immediately was in defense mood and was so rude and waving his hand around, so I said never mind but my boyfriend wanting to understand how the charges goes and he got louder so we just stormed out because it got heated. We wanted to go bowling today but I was wondering if they had a mask mandate (I wanted one). So I called and the man on the phone was insanely rude. Very aggressively told me there was a mandate. We got there and there was about 50-60 people inside bowling. Not a single one wearing a mask. The guy behind the counter had his hanging off his face. We checked in and the man must have been the same guy from the phone because we were a bother to him instead of customers. We asked if they had a ball ramp for our child and he EXTREMELY unhappily went and got it. Two times, our lane got stuck (clearly not our fault). The lane kept sweeping the second frame on out lane. When I told them at the desk, they laughed and said there was nothing they could do. It was expensive for such a bad experience. They also put a bunch of kids with bumpers in the lane next to us when there were 3 lanes open to our left. This is a nice bowling alley. Nothing spectacular. But had a very fun time. Everything was very nice and clean. Service was wonderful. Prices were a bit high, but other than that, I loved this bowling alley. Had a horrible experience with Josiah at the front desk on 3/1/23. We arrived at 9:10pm with the understanding that we may not be able to finish a game with 6 adults. Totally fine since we are experienced bowlers from out of state visiting my parents. The first thing he said was he didn't have any lanes next to each other for 6 people (which was a lie because there were at least 10 lanes open). I requested a lane for 4 people and he put us on lane 36. When we got to our lane, lane 31 - 35 were unoccupied, I asked if we were able to split into 2 lanes and add my parents. With an attitude he said you can split yourselves and let us take lane 35/36. We finished our game at 9:41pm. We proceeded to the arcade and Josiah said we couldn't go in. We left at 9:47pm. I told Josiah if he wasn't happy with his job, he should quit instead of turning people away and giving this bowling alley our business. I am very thoughtful about closing time and try my best to make it out at least 5 minutes prior so the staff can close up. Went out for a Friday night with family of 4 and it total came to $54 for 1 game and shoe rental.... very overpriced from the games to the food to the arcade. The pizza was disgusting, it tasted undercooked and spongy, the sauce taste like the lunchable pizza sauce and the mozzarella sticks tasted like they were straight out the freezer and put in the microwave. My boyfriend and I have given this place way more chances than it actually deserves (basically because it's relatively close to our house.) one of the occasions we actually had a party of 4 with us. Ultimately, we had non stop issues with our lane during our first game. We even apologized for having to bother the staff each time to fix our lane. We were met with very rude attitudes each time from what we were told was management . We decided to just cash out and pay for our first game even though we were unable to finish it. The red headed female, who said she was the manager, said we played a total of four games. I politely giggled, because I thought she was joking since we had only been there for under thirty minutes. Long story short, she was extremely rude. We have attempted to go back and just felt it was yet again unprofessional and rude. My boyfriend and I waited months figuring some changes may have been made, and called about available lanes and or specials and he was met with yet again with a rude "Nope" about specials and a rude we close at ten!
