    Guitar Hero!!

My husband and I had to swear off arcades for our girls because they're all cash-grab, ticket-spewing, crane-machine-infested, soulless voids. We'd walk into "arcades" with our well-behaved rational children and walk out with overstimulated, enraged, tiny tyrants. Arcade Monsters is different. Arcade Monsters is what we millennials (and older generations) grew up with, but that doesn't mean it's outdated. You want to play Mario Kart World on Switch 2? They've got it. But they've also got DDR, Guitar Hero, every kind of pinball you could possibly want, air hockey, House of the Dead, basketball, ski-ball, Luigi's Mansion, Tetris, bowling, Bop It, Galaga... and it's all-you-can-play for $25. No more buying cards with X number of points, and each game costs 6-12 points per play. You truly can't beat this deal. Nor can you beat the ambience, the decor, the food, and the customer service from the awesome employees. It's like someone who actually loves games and arcades as they're supposed to be built this place and found people to work here who actually want people coming in to have a good time. I can't recommend it enough, especially during these scorching hot summer months!

    ITG2 out of order :(

So I was mainly interested in their Rythm Games. I like that they have beer and a good selection of games. A few suggestions for Jubeat, I think the drink holders should be on the side; mounting in the front makes it lean forward and get in the way. Also need to install headphone jack. Whole place is very noisy. Left machine compensated with high volume, but kinda hurt my ears. Right machine is barely audible. Left machine buttons seem well maintained and very responsive, right machine needs some buttons replaced. I was also sad to see that the In The Grove machine was out of order. I was pretty excited to see a piece of history. But impressive list of dancing games, including a beautiful step mania x machine. Overall I might try one of the other locations to compare. I appreciate what they're trying to go for, and its refreshing to not see just another D&B clone.

Arcade Monsters is the best arcade in the state, and this location is the best Arcade Monsters of them all. There is so much space, even at the height of the crowd, you can find a fun game to play. You can break down your day into categories of games. We had a pinball segment, a shooting one, sports, old school arcade, Mario Kart on the Switch 2 dart, it just went on forever. It could have kept going, but we had dinner reservations to keep. Ambiance is absolutely awesome. Brilliant, electric murals cover every single inch of space. There isn't any blankness on any wall, not even in the restroom. It's wild, and it's great. There's some food options, but it's like, dumb stuff for kids. Pizza, chicken tenders, etc. So if you want to spend a whole day here, get the pass that lets you leave and come back. Unless you're into frozen nuggets. The drink game is strong, though. They have a ton of mixers that are delicious on their own, and can be mixed with some booze, too, if you'd like. Overall, there is all positives here and no negatives. I come to Monsters pretty often, and I suspect I will forever more.

Arcade Monsters is hands down one of the coolest spots I've visited in Orlando. The atmosphere is incredible!! Whether you're into retro arcade games, pinball, modern gaming, or just looking for a fun place to hang out with friends, there's something for everyone. The entire venue has a unique vibe that blends nostalgia with an energetic and welcoming environment. What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely excited about creating a great experience for guests. Even with the place being busy, they were helpful and made sure everything was running smoothly. Didn't get to try the food, but there were so many drinks to try! Everything we ordered came out fresh and exceeded expectations, making it easy to spend several hours here without needing to leave for a meal. They also have a switch near the bar for super smash bros! Favorite game of all time!

This place is awesome! We spent a few hours here on a rainy day. They have great games for the whole family. Vintage games as well as modern games.

Pros: Every single inch of wall of this place is plastered with absolutely stunning murals of all fandoms one could think of. Also, every square foot of floor space is crammed with wonderful and fun arcade games that will keep you busy for hours. We were there for literally six hours and only had to go for our dinner reservations. They have a nice little selection of beers, and a really nice selection of sweet slushy bases you can add harder liquor to. Really good bar. Cons: No real cons. Some would say the price, but for what you're getting here, I would think the price very reasonable. Tips: Arrive early, because during peak hours, this place can get really packed and it can get hard to find a free game.

Absolutely fantastic place. Brings back a lot of good memories of playing the arcade cabinet at my local Chinese buffet growing up. The selection here is of course much larger and incredibly varied. I'd love to see some additional stuff come in, like some of the older anime based games, but can't complain. If you're in the area, come on by!

Great service and a lot of games!! I came with my gf and we had a really great time. There's also a lot of pool tables. Def check it out!

I walked into Arcade Monsters - 6362 International Drive and immediately felt my inner 12-year-old sprint past my adult responsibilities, flip them off, and dive headfirst into 1987. This place is not an arcade. It's an all-you-can-play, quarter-free, neon-lit time machine--and thank God--because if I had to feed this thing fistfuls of quarters like we did in the Reagan era, I'd need a second mortgage and a therapist. You're greeted at the door, stamped like you're entering a punk show or an underground fight club, and suddenly--boom--you're in. No coins. No timers. No nickel-and-diming. Just pure, uncut joystick freedom. Capitalism takes a smoke break and joy runs the room. Let's talk history for a second--because this matters. Arcades were the cathedrals of the 1980s. Dark rooms, glowing screens, electronic music buzzing like a bad decision. Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong--these weren't games, they were rites of passage. You learned patience, rage control, and humility watching your name slide off the high-score list five minutes after you set it. Arcade Monsters resurrects that world--but without the cruelty of quarters. Air hockey tables slapping louder than bar arguments. Zoltar staring into your soul like he knows what you did in 1994. Pac-Man chomping away like rent is due. Japanese cabinets you've never seen outside of Tokyo or YouTube rabbit holes--beautiful, strange, and completely unforgiving. And yes--everything is here. The classics. The weird stuff. The "how is this even a game?" stuff. Pinball. Fighters. Rhythm games. Cabinets that smell like nostalgia and Mountain Dew. The vibe? Chaotic. Loud. Joyful. Slightly unhinged. The crowd ranges from nostalgia-drunk Gen-Xers reliving their glory days, to kids discovering that fun existed before microtransactions ruined everything, to grown adults locked in mortal Kombat combat like honor is on the line. And the entrance? Let's just say you're welcomed in with confidence and spectacle, like the place knows exactly what it is--and isn't apologizing for it. You're stamped, you're in, and the night belongs to you. There is food also. No need to leave. I was the only one pulling out my phone at this nightclub. It made the atmosphere just that much nicer to plug and unplug.

Took my girlfriend here , we preciously went to oviedo location but are in awe about how amazing this location is. Has a bar , great games , a lot of a spacier set up, we had a great time we actually decided to get drinks here and the drinks were great our bartender lilly was very fun informative she helped us a lot great experience

I decided to try out the arcade monsters on international Drive as a small birthday celebration with friends. They claim that this location is the largest- perhaps in square footage? They have really high ceilings and to me this made the building a little bit warmer than I would've liked. They have the high-movement/ dance/ rhythm games towards the back with lower ceilings, making it even warmer. We saw on their website there was an option to reserve a table. we thought this made a lot of sense just to make sure that our friends had a space to sit down. They only let you reserve for a few hours at a time for about $25. I think it makes a lot of sense if you are a larger group and you're planning on purchasing food at the venue. They did clarify that you were able to bring in a celebrate dessert- but no other outside food was allowed. They have a bunch of high tops scattered there are the building. Maybe it just happened to be the time that we were there, but I don't think that reserving a table for us was necessarily beneficial. Overall, everything was clean. Tables and stations had hand sanitizers that people could use. They have a large offering of drink drinks as well and almost every game has a place for where you can put your drink down safely. It was a great time for novice and advanced gamers.

Such a fun place. From the wall art to all the arcade games. This place has it all. They have a small food and drinks area. We tried the chicken tenders with 5 different dipping sauces and they were surprisingly good. They have a small selection of beers a frozen drinks which is nice. The staff was friendly at eye food counter. There's a good variety of arcade games for all ages. The bathrooms were pretty cool and most importantly clean!

Assuming that you're looking to drink a bit, they have an outstanding collection of craft beer, and of course, they have the obligatory "80s themed" cocktails. I haven't quite figured out the food menu. But hey, P1VGB is not really, I don't think, that kind of place. GAMES? They have an excellent selection of old school vids. And whatever the game count, it goes up by 60 because they have at least 1 multigame rig (packaged in a Ms. Pac-Man cabinet). This combo brings you most, if not all, of the blockbuster titles from the 80s. They also have several rare machines. Last but not least, they THE SINGLE ALL TIME GREATEST COIN-OP SPORTS GAME! ATARI FOOTBALL!! Yeah, it's that much fun...I still have callouses and blisters from rolling that big ass track ball back in 1979! Pinball? Well, this is not a pinball palace, but, they do have about 8 to 10 tables. Great titles including Twilight Zone, Haunted House, and Jaws. In addition to the coin-op games that us Gen-Xers grew up with, they have multiple videogame consoles available. For a bar that offers this many games set on free play, admission is very inexpensive. I'd say that at any given time, 5 to 10 percent of the games are down. Not too bad. Located just up the street from Sofrito Latin Cafe, this place is well worth a few hours of time time. 5 stars!

So Andrettis is an indoor karting, laser tag, and game room located right next to the Convention Center on International Drive. This place definitely was easily accessible from the main road and had plenty of parking in their private parking lot. So on the day of our event, upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I will say that even though the birthday package at Andretti's is a bit on the pricier side... we thought it was definitely worth it... my nephew had a very memorable birthday!

However, I feel compelled to write a negative one in this case. On 3/6, I purchased two Gold Packages for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Each package includes two races. The representative who helped us explained that if we only completed one race that day, the remaining race would be stored as a credit on our membership cards. We therefore used only one race on 3/6. When we returned the next day, the representative at the counter, Desi, told us the next race would start in about six minutes. However, when I presented our membership cards, she said she could not see the remaining race credit. She then began asking questions such as whether we had purchased only one Gold Package and shared it, and whether we had receipts. It was clear she suspected we were trying to misuse the system. She continued questioning us for several minutes until I finally asked her to call the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, I logged into my credit card account to show proof of purchase. When I approached the counter with that information, the manager said rather casually, "Oh, we already found it." Unfortunately, by that time we had missed the race we could have joined and had already spent about 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one initially apologized for the inconvenience. When I told the manager that Desi should apologize, the manager responded, "It was not our fault. It was a system error. Sorry." Desi then said, "You did not even give me a chance," and tossed the race tickets onto the counter before trying to walk away. When I said that if I had not asked for the manager she likely would have continued questioning us suspiciously, she responded in a hostile tone, "If you want to take a picture of my badge, you can." The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disappointing. System errors can happen, but how staff handle them matters. A simple apology and professional attitude would have made a big difference.

I had heard from locals that it's a great local option over the big theme parks. Fun Spot was pretty great, for what it was. Free parking, free admission if you don't plan on riding rides, also a discounted adult pass if you only are going on rides with your kid who is too young to ride alone. The whole place was small, maybe the area of a handful of city blocks. And on the Sunday afternoon when we went, the place was quiet enough that we never waited more than a few minutes to get onto a ride. As we were only there for a couple hours, the cashier recommended the 4 ride pass for my kids, and the companion pass for me. But if one were to spend more hours there, buying the day pass online for $59.95 is quite a bargain. Not all rides were open, but the "big" rides that most kids want (the roller coasters and the go carts) were open. My daughter, who is not a big roller coaster fan, had a harder time finding kiddie rides that she actually wanted to go on, and she watched the go carts and didn't even want to try those with me driving. However, the place was small enough that I felt fine leaving my 10 year old son to go on rides by himself while I went on the Ferris wheel or the merry go round with my 8 year old. There are a bunch of food options available throughout the park. They were definitely more affordable than Disney prices! Most of the places offered souvenir cups with discounted refills, but there were also water stations set up throughout with free cups. I'd definitely come back if I had a few hours to burn and the kids didn't want to go swimming. Hopefully at some point, my daughter will change her mind about roller coasters, though!
