I don't even know where to begin. Management are the rudest people imaginable. Bartenders slower then watching paint dry. Took an hour for our food to cook. Deep fried food doesn't take that long regardless of the amount of people ordering. Balls got stuck numerous times during the 2 games we played. We had 6 people bowling on a lane and they wouldn't let us get another lane to speed the games up. So their unlimited bowling special would have been cheaper not to pay for unlimited. Spend more get less. Had well over a dozen lanes open the entire night. Music was so low you couldn't hear it. They allowed roughly 10 kids to bowl on a single lane taking turns, half the kids stayed right on the approach the entire time we bowled and danced. Management did nothing about it. Saw a guy vaping right in front of the Bartenders and they said nothing. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Employees are rude. Went last night for my little sisters birthday and employe named HARLE QUINN was being rude from the start, I asked him if he can put up the rails on one of our lanes and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and looked at me dumb. He also gave my family and I attitude over something my little sister had no idea about, we apologized for the incident and he still kept going on and on and basically threatening us about sewing us although we had already apologized, he would not stop until I literally had to turn away from him. Afterwards I look over to the register and there he is talking to 3 other employees about the incident in front of other customers which is not professional at all, I walk over so i can tell the rest of the employees what had happened manager pulls me to the side and does nothing. The whole night we were getting watched by other employees, they would literally come over to look at my family and I. I've never felt so uncomfortable at a bowling alley. I went to other bowleros and this one can not compare. Horrible customer service and HARLE QUINN should not be working somewhere that his job requires customer service because clearly he has no customer service skills. Jennifer was very rude!!! refused to serve me and my brother

THIS PLACE IS A SHIT SHOW!! Do not go here!! Waited over 1.5 hours to bowl even though they had open lanes. When we finally did get to bowl, the lane broke on us every frame!! Pins were being knocked into the lane by the bar and it randomly would just turn off. I went to the front desk 7 times and the girl just rolled her eyes and said "I already sent someone over" then to check out you have to wait another 30 minutes just to get someone to help you because you pay after you bowl. The girls at the front would literally just be standing there gossiping to each other. There is no proper line to check in or check out you just walk up and squeeze in apparently. This place needs a complete remodel and new staff. read more

This place lists a phone number but it's 100% pointless. They never answer which leads to a WASTE in gas money to check and see if there's lanes which they always have leagues and don't list when they don't. read more

Melyssa was the best. She is the best lane server around. Although she is the only one available she will make sure to make you feel at home and give you everything you need! If your a couple she makes your night the best , If your a family she will make you feel welcome and as if your royalty. It's my first time back in years and honestly if it wasn't for melyssa, our night wouldn't have been as special as it was. Thank you melyssa, and to bowlero you need to appreciate how amazing she really is as a partner for the company. We will definitely try and be back every Sunday. read more

We paid for a whole game I expected a whole game, usually they would let us finish the game past closing time, one lady though likes to always cut the machines of 10 MINS before closing time saying its the system setup to turn of at closing, even though it was 10 mins before closing. read more

I'm putting 3 stars because of the bar waitress, not the one with the cap but the one that replaced her. I brought in a group of like 15 people for some fun family time/bowling. We spent allot of money on food drinks and bowling. But have way into the night they changed out the bartender and it all went down hill. She was the rudest person ever, she seamed like she was always trying to talk down to almost everyone. I don't think we will be going or recommend anyone to this place for a long time. Its sad that there so bitter and have to make the people around them bidder also. read more
