I am used to a booth type seating with assigned lane when I go bowling. Here, they have numbered tables so you may be a little far off from your lane. The set up was a bit complicated but maybe because I usually have someone else do it! My daughter got the bumpers and the ramp that the kids use. I swear the floor was uneven because despite using both and multiple attempts by both her and I and my husband the bowling ball would always go against the bumper and then all the way to the side so it would never hit any pins . We have never seen anything like that!!! She has bowled before and would always do great with the bumpers and ramp! She was crying so much, poor girl! We have been here before for just the games because they were completely booked. Some of the games were out of order or were not well maintained but she got enough tickets she got some fun prizes. We have not tried any of the food or drinks here. Price wise, seems over priced compared to other bowling alleys I have been to where we had better experience . read more

Don't be fooled. This is a Lucky Strike owned establishment. They own not only 360 plus bowling centers throughout the United States(which has come at the expense of many family owned centers they bought and either transformed into a corporate entertainment center of closed them down because they were close to one of their own competitive centers) but also bought the PBA and scaled events on the tour, compared to years past. Their focus isn't on league bowlers, the backbone of centers for many decades, but overpriced lane usage to someone who bowls once in a blue moon. They have overpriced arcades, even more expensive drinks and food, with the food being poor in taste and value. Staff is disinterested in being helpful and some areas weren't cleaned. Moms beware! Just a little heads up, their is no changing table in either of the women's restrooms. But there is in the men's. I'm glad to see they have one in the men's but come on! You guys are a family establishment. Other than that it was fun. read more

Bad atmosphere, the pricing is ridiculous compared to other bowling alleys I've been to! Along with the scummy pricing, pins were hardly ever reset properly and would fall over before the game even started completely ruining your turn! Do not come here unless you want to be subject to wasting money and broken pins! Scummy business! read more

This is my go to bowling alley. It's close, has room for everyone and great staff. Their summer special is like four months of bowling, two games everyday, for about $55-58. Unbelievable. I always meet friendly people there, but then again, there are friendly people at every bowling alley. Love this place. read more

Pricing made no sense compared to other establishments. Instead of charging a flat price per hour or game, they charge per person, per game. You would be be paying for 4 games if you and one other person played 2 full games. During the game, pins continuously fell down during the set up. Now I won't complain about extra points but the whole point of bowling is to hit all 10 by yourself right? Not worth the money or your time. read more

Zero stars after the change in ownership. I bowled here in a league prior to the sale to the new corporate owners. I had no complaints before. Now this place has become a sad frustrating joke of a bowling experience. If you are a league bowler, go into Fort Myers. Do NOT bother bowling at either location in Cape Coral (same owners at both)! They clearly don't care. Our first clue of the caliper of the new ownership was when we noticed the trash cans were repurposed 50 gallon oil drums (painted black)...nice...a sign of things to come. One toilet in the ladies room has been "temporarily" out of service for THREE MONTHS. Call that temporary? No paper towels at all for an entire month (guess they were trying to force us to use the blower that doesn't dry our hands). Lights on the north side of the Mid Cape parking lot don't work. I don't feel safe parking on that side. If anything happens over there at night it's on them. Now let's talk about our league bowling experience. The first week after new ownership took over, our league had to stand around for 30 minutes past our usual start time because they were only HALF done oiling the lanes as we arrived. Really? Did you not know that 126 bowlers were arriving to pay our $20 each to bowl in the league we bowl in every Thursday night? TWICE since then we have been delayed due to issues with the oiling of the lanes. The second time the captains actually had to vote whether or not to just bowl with no oil or wait 90 minutes for them to oil the lanes. We bowled (started 30 minutes late again). Good Lord do you not know how to run the oil machine? My poor brother bowls Tuesday nights at the other Cape Coral location on Del Prado. Same issues with the oil machine over there. Their entire league actually had to cancel one night. I think they said they "ran out of oil...,somebody forgot to order it." Ridiculous. I am writing this review after spending the most frustrating and painful night of my 50-year league bowling lifetime. Each week someone in our league gets subjected to this torture with equipment breakdowns. Tonight was our turn. I don't need this frustration. What am I paying for?! The balls got stuck constantly, the scores were wrong all night and the touch screen didn't work to allow us to fix the scores. Did I mention we are league bowlers? Scoring is not something we can just make up for fun. One of the bowlers couldn't take it any longer and left after game two. I wish I had done the same. After the front desk said there was nothing they could do, we just chose to live with the scores as the machine made them up. This is NOT a league worthy venue. GO ELSEWHERE! Oh and by the way, the food is no good and the pricing is outrageous. Who charges $20 for a pretzel? Lightning Strikes here we come! read more

Loved the old hours not the new ones. Used to bowl at 10 am and now place doesn't even open until noon. Secondly, they now want you to leave a credit card with them while you play your games and then return after you are done to pay. You have to go to the counter twice now and therefore have to wait in a line to be serviced twice. Once to get a lane and leave a credit card which I do not like to do and then return to pay. Needs to be addressed and fixed. read more
