Stopped bye to pick up my sister who was playing in the legs. There were about eight Lanes active. the rest of the place was quiet. I don't know if that's because it was league play or not. There's a snack bar and lots of seating. The place was kind of dark and dingy it needs sprucing up badly and it didn't look all that clean either. There's a lot of people that just hang out in the parking lot. makes it seem a little questionable when you pull in. I don't think I would go here except for the league play. read more

I had a great time there with my 8 year old son and he had a blast! And he never wanted to leave there Food- It looked like I was in the 50s cause of the texture not the food duh and then after playing bowling we ate food and I liked it but my son didn't cause he said there hair in his food but he just got it up and just started eating it and then did not care about the hair Bowling- I like the bowling alley and then I like the music, ambiance, and everything! And then I beat my son's butt and then won the game and I was a 8 and my son was a 6 of course of my profile pic Arcade- Trust me. You should go to the arcade because none of the arcade games are broken cause I think it just got built and then it was fun then Frames n Games cause I hated it except the bowling alley and then foods and stuff anyways back to the arcade so I helped him do Down The Clown and then the punching bag game and skee ball and he had a blast at the arcade games The reason I give it a 4 star is because there was no oil on the lane. I visited with some friends recently for the first time and had an absolute blast! We bowled a few games and drank a few pitchers of beer. The staff were all very nice. Bathrooms were well maintained and clean. The patrons were all nice. There were several leagues there at the time. Almost every lane was booked on a Monday night! It's a great place to hang out. I didn't eat anything but the platter that my friends got looked like pretty standard bar food and everyone said it was good. I'll definitely be back! read more

Went to the place at 4 pm when it opens. There are no prices for games listed anywhere. Even though there is a sign that says no food or drinks, I was informed that the bar doesn't open until five. Why? Hour after the place opens? Nothing on their website. Past five no bartender or anyone in kitchen. Asked the staff if the bar is open now and told I can pay at the front desk. OK. Asked for a bud light and was asked if I wanted a bottle or mug. I asked what the price was for each and was told "the mug is cheaper". Didn't answer my question but OK. 6.15 for a mug which is pretty expensive. Again no prices posted anywhere. Place itself is run down which I don't have a problem with but for the prices charged and how it is run not really worth it. Since they are the only bowling alley remaining I think they realize if you want to go bowling and don't wish to leave Savannah they can half ass it. read more

I paid $104 for a reservation of four people, just to get there and the price be $8 a person. I asked how I could cancel the reservation and they said they couldn't help us with that. Their way of apology was a goodie bag of some rubber balls and cheap $1 glasses. This has to be the worst bowling place I've ever been to and how dead they were on Memorial Day tells me how business is going. read more

A friend of mine told us we should go for my brothers birthday and boy did we have a good time. Let's start with we went on the Sunday so the wait wasn't crazy at all actually there was no wait they have like 52 lanes it's so many of them. We ordered drinks before we actually got our shoes and they came out in 6 minutes. All of them were alcoholic of course, I love a fruity drink so I tried the forbidden fruit because why not and man... it good! My wife and sister had a " mad mai tai" they enjoyed so much they had multiple. My brother got a boarding pass which was.. nasty to say the least but none of us were blessed with actually liking coconut rum which is all this had in it on the plus side all the drinks were pretty strong. Bowling was pretty cool they were playing Spider-Man on like two of their 10 projectors which kept us occupied during turns. Overall this was a pretty great visit. I take away a star because they were all out of flatbread pepperoni pizza and the wings were small. read more

Scratched bowling ball again. That's 2 times in less than 3 weeks. Please, please, please fix the machines. How many times do I need to have the pro shop fix my ball? On another note, the lady with glasses at the front counter was very helpful in resolving an issue with my account for bowling leagues. With her knowledge of the system, she was able to adjust the account to reflect that I am a bowler in two leagues. Thank you for your help. read more

This past weekend, my son's soccer team was in Savannah for a tournament. We needed an impromptu activity for the boys to do after their games were done and decided to come here. Upon walking in, it appeared a little outdated but I was certain the boys didn't care. I met one of the managers, Alonzo, and he was so courteous and helpful from the start. He arranged all of our lanes and made the check-in process seamless. I did ask him initially if it was okay if we brought in cupcakes to celebrate one of the boys whose birthday was on Saturday. He thanked me for asking ahead of time and we were off to bowl and enjoy watching the kids. About halfway through bowling, Alonzo and another manager appeared with a souvenir bowling pin and a Sharpie marker for all of the boys to sign a bday message on the pin. The birthday boy and his mom were so pleasantly surprised at this gesture and yes, she teared up. This celebration became more than he expected. Thank you for great service! Also kudos to the bartender who kept the parents "happy" and the snack bar server who cranked out snacks and drinks. If we come back to Savannah, we will be sure to come back. read more

If I could say 0 stars I would. GA Women's State Tournament, USBC run...was the biggest joke. Tournament staff was great as always. Bowlero was horrendous. Unprepared for this tournament from software to the snack bar. Dirty bathrooms and the rudest staff. We will never return to this center for anything. ​ read more

Ok it is the time again, fall bowling. this is the time when that us bowlers live for. Unfortunately, living here in Savannah, we don't have the luxury of having many bowling houses. which bring up the issue I am frustrated with. I have been bowling at the house(Major League Lanes, AMF) and now Bowlero. So since the house was taken over there have been many issues, everything from poor Management to shootings in the parking lot. What concerns me more is the way this company comes in and dresses up the house( a Band-aid) and the same old poor management still continues. The machines still have issues, example, Monday Night I was bowling on lane 21 and 22. we had numerous issues which we had to call in, also we had some of the balls scratched from the machines. Tuesday afternoon, I bowl in a senior league. So what lane do I bowl on, 21 and 22. So again we had issues and my ball, and other bowlers had several scratches. I just purchased the ball on Friday at the pro shop, and now the ball needs to be repaired, not even a week old. Very sad and very unprofessional. All summer these bowling racks should have been inspected, and repaired. Even now, during the fall league there should be a daily inspection period performed to insure bowler do not have these issues happen. After all the bowling house raised there rates this year, and the issues are still happening. When I worked at Hunter Army Airfield Bowling alley as a machine mechanic I had a schedule I would perform daily and quarterly. Believe me, it made a world of difference, So Bowlero, do you think maybe just maybe you could put some money into the machines, instead of beautification. The shootings is something that is out of your control, although you did block out the back parking lot, which did help with the issues. read more
