As a Mexican customer, it honestly made me question whether discrimination played a role in how I was treated. It's been a few years since we went bowling and there is a Bowlero near us that we've never been to. 4 of us popped in on a Monday night and we bowled 3 games. We had a really enjoyable family outing yesterday afternoon: wife, kids, grandkids, and I. Started out in the arcade area to get the grandkids engaged. Then bowled a game with all of us. They have an awesome dinosaur plastic slide for the ball which let's the youngest of kids bowl. Was a lot of fun! A busy seniors league bowling day on this past Wednesday, but still room for us, no problems, lots of fun. Purchased the Bowlero Summer Pass to use at multiple locations as regular pricing can be expensive if you're not in a league or attend late night specials. My husband and I visited Bowlero tonight and had a pretty great time! We enjoyed bowling for the first time in a while and were happy to be hanging out after going to Main Event and leaving that madness. The main issue we had was the paying at the end of our bowling session. We were told in the beginning that it was 9.39 per game and 5.69 for shoes. Okay got it awesome! Well when we went to pay we were told that it was 9.39 per person per game and our total was a whole lot more than we thought. Went here on 10/17/24 with a group of buddies. Nothing wrong with the customer service or the actual bowling, however the food was a huge problem. Three outta six of my friends went home with food poisoning. The one thing they all had in common was that they ate chicken from this place. It was so bad for one of friends that he had to get hospitalized because of how dehydrated he got due to having constant diarrhea and puking from the food poisoning. Make no mistake, they all for sure got sick from eating chicken from this location. I am very upset over this and highly recommend that the owner and managers overlook their kitchen practices. We came in on a Friday night for my sons birthday. They were fairly busy, but we didn't have to wait on a lane. They were having a special with unlimited games until 2am that included shoes for $20.99 per person, so we went with that for our party of five. Our server James was very friendly, and checked on us often. My husband and I order drinks from the bar and they were both decent. We had kids with us, so we had them put the "bumpers" up. The one on the right kept falling back down, and it would take awhile to get someone to come fix it. We eventually just left it down. This is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would visit again. Next time if we have issues with our lane, we will just ask to move. read more

This is a fun bowling alley to visit! They have food, a bar, and games on top of the bowling. It was a little expensive - $5 each for shoes and then about $8 each for a game. It sounds like their pricing changes depends on the time/night though. When we first got started playing our lane wasn't returning balls but they restarted it and it was fine after that. read more

The people on the left side to us took our table so we had grabbed the nearest table to our right since we had no where to sit. The bowlers that joined later on got mad at us and said the table we had was theirs and took it back aggressively, even though it wasn't our fault that someone else took our table. That was already a red flag. If you aren't a professional bowler, people here do not like you and that's the vibe we got from our experience. As we learn to bowl, we still were having a great time and no one was giving us any issues or anything. As we wrapped up the game, a Karen who had been drinking, starts yelling at my kids. I don't know this woman and she doesn't know me therefore she had no right to yell at my kids the way she did. I don't care what the hell pissed her off, there's no justification to talk to my kids like that. I decided to do the adult thing and go talk to her and I asked her why she didn't come to me directly and address any issues or even go to the manager. Of course she continue to yell and got in my face. The manager was kind to us but since she didn't witness her yelling, couldn't do much, but to offer to move us. So we left. If Karen would have yelled at the wrong person's child, who knows what would have happened as we live in a crazy world where people nowadays pull out guns or maybe would have knocked her tooth out. Also she had a few drinks so of course that didn't help. I just felt bad that my kids had to experience that. I can't imagine what her own kids go through. 4 stars for incredible service. This place is clean and fun and all the staff are so helpful and kind. My friend left their phone in the arcade and the manager was so helpful when we had to come back for it the next day and met with us to hand it off when they were closed. Only reason I didn't give a 5th star is because when we went they were "out" of like 2/3 of the food menu. A fridge/freezer had broken and everything in it deemed un-serveable. Kind of a bummer when you already reserved a lane and paid for drinks and were expecting to eat. Expensive period if your going here expect a large bill. I bought a used ball from pro shop was a good deal. Shoes as well good deal. However I think the expertise is lacking, the ball is a reality 180.00 ball supposed to hook like crazy , it has cut my score in half and doesn't hook at all. I've researched it and I'm confident the new holes are incorrect. They drilled them after watching my regular throw. I get spin only when I two finger and chuck it down lane/ lose all control. The food is ok, the wings weren't cooked all the way fry's are so so. Beer is ridiculously expensive. Regular bowling is fine lanes super dry. My first time here and my first impression is this bowling center is absolutely one of the best I've ever been to. 100% family friendly and the bowling center is nice and clean. Went there tonight and for some reason on my tab I got charged a 18% service fee. I went up to the bar, not service at lane or anything like that, not a group of 5 or more or nothing like that. Just a single person ordering beer. To tell the truth I would of tipped a lot more than the 18% but out of sheer principal I did not tip any more. Was handed the bill and the credit charge receipts were on top (customer and merchant copy) of the regular receipt that showed the service charge and the only way I noticed is that it said "additional tip" on the normal tip line. Very (extremely) shady business practice. Makes me think of what else are they doing to steal money from their customers. Tips are not guaranteed. I am a person that has worked in a tip industry so i know and even usually tip when service is even mediocre. Would think twice about patronizing this business again. read more

Had a nice gathering with Friends for bowling. The folk that work the bowling features were very nice and responsive to our needs, thus the two stars. Where it goes down hill is the technology, food, and food service. They really have tech issues. It inserts frames that never happened and was not worth the effort to correct. The worst was the food. We had the Alley Sampler and the Giant Pretzel. While the pretzel looked impressive, it was the worst tasting pretzel I ever had. It was obviously microwave. It was hard as a rock and totally inedible. The sampler was a little bit better but came with fried cheese that had no cheese in it. Everything else was ok but cold when they brought it out. Service was not stellar with many reminders for water. When a pitcher of water was brought, person did not think to bring cups to pour the water into it. Also, we had to hunt down the person to close our tab and get our credit card back. Person had a pocket of customer cards and gave us a random one. Luckily ours were still in the pile. read more
