Last time we visited we were told they were adding a pizza oven and concession, but that's still not the case. They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges. Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off! I have to assume still broken but I don't know for a fact why.

I will never recommend this place again for a party or any type of event…read more I recently hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party here, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to constant miscommunication and poor management. The employee I initially spoke with gave me completely different information than what I was told later, which created unnecessary confusion throughout the entire process. The facility itself was also concerning. Several trampolines were damaged to the point that duct tape was being used to hold them together. The bathrooms were extremely dirty--so much so that multiple families left the party to use a nearby gas station and then returned. That alone was embarrassing as a host. I also felt bad for our party host, Trinity, who seemed unprepared and unsure of how to handle situations, likely due to lack of proper guidance. Management even made a comment that he "just wants to leave," which reflected the overall lack of care and professionalism. The final issue involved the party favors. We were told that since they ran out, we would receive free jump passes instead. However, when one of my guests tried to use the pass the next day, it was not valid because it had not been signed or dated by management. This was extremely embarrassing for me as the host. Additionally, I was told ahead of time that the $50 outside food fee would be waived for cake, chips, and drinks. When it came time to pay, I was told that was not true. When I called to clarify beforehand, I was even told I could purchase drinks there to avoid the fee--but then was informed they don't provide cups for guests, which makes no sense. To make matters worse, one employee I spoke with sounded inebriated, and I later heard that this is not uncommon. Apparently, some court monitors allow friends to bring in "water" bottles so they can drink while jumping. Overall, this experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when planning an event.

I wouldn't recommend this unless your kid LOVES trampolines as the place wasn't super packed, and had a few variations of trampolines, an airbag, a soccer mini game, and dodgeball.

We all received our wristbands and my little one received his pair of socks. They have an area for the little ones to the right and straight ahead there is a bigger area for older kiddos which includes trampolines, obstacle courses, a basketball court area and much more. However, my little one switched from being in the area for little ones to the other area to run, go down the slides and jump around on the trampolines. He definitely had a great time playing and running around. The young lady who was in charge of the birthday party did a phenomenal job in ensuring everything ran smoothly. They have a standard day pass for $22.99, which is only 90 minutes of play time. An all-day pass that's $29.99, which you can play up until close, and they also offer a basic membership of $21.99 per month for 90 minutes of play, a 20% discount at their Café and VIP membership $24.99 per month for two hours, and you also receive 20% discount at their Café and party discount, and you can add in a parent for $9.99. Not my favorite but I can see the attraction. With a large bounce area, games, sky walk (they call…read moreropes course) and slides there is much to enjoy but it would depend on the size of your party and age of the child/ children. The bounce area is awesome, but I wish they had mirrors on the backside/ ceiling so caregivers can still watch the kiddos from the floor, otherwise if you're a spectator there are blind spots all over and you're suppose to by another entry fee if you enter any of the play areas. The backside of the bounce area has wall climbing and obstacles for teens, or really tall kids able to make the reach, and I like the large soft basketball area. The sky walk SAYS 48" to participate on the sign but their tape (where the kids measure the height) is well above the 48", unless all other doctors' offices height markers are wrong and Catapult is the measuring authority, but that was disappointing particularly when it appeared the staffer was picking and choosing who had to get measured. Kids notice everything, especially any perceived favoritism or injustice. We went on a weekend, and it was so loud and packed with birthday parties that highlighted a few issues I'd recommend considering. - There are not enough shoe cubbies, shoes were stacked in piles all over the place leaving an impression of disorganization. - Food was everywhere! Kids were running around with slices of birthday cake, icing fingers, plates etc. recommend sectioning off areas were food and drink may be consumed and placing obvious trash bins nearby. The outside was equally full of trash, but it was a windy day and that could have just blown in from another location. -Ensure the height requirement posted is the same as what's enforced. Overall, an ok spot if guardian is going to participate with the child in the ball pit or other soft spaces but I recommend going when big kids are at school. For the big kids, this is good for the 8-10 yr range when they are tall enough to participate in all activities.
